Nice hotel, good location

Posted Dec 24, 2014
Stayed for 6 nights. Hotel was clean and courtyard was beautiful. The staff were very friendlyand accomodating, but none spoke any English, so you may need to know some Spanish or have someone to interpret for you. Hotel is within a short walking distance to the centro.

Hotel bien ubicado

Posted Dec 5, 2014

Good for a short stay !

Posted Nov 13, 2014
Pros: Though it was noisy at night, I will return to this hotel for my next trip.
Cons: No need to change !
Location: Close to El Centro, museums, churches, beautiful historical buildings, and the day tour to Cholula.
Very well organized. Good walking distance to the Zocalo. Breakfast is good and reasonable !

Faded beauty in Puebla.

Posted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: The courtyard.
Cons: The rooms, but mainly the front desk staff. We didn't expect much in the way of acommodations but the front desk staff set the tone and it wasn't good
Location: Zocalo, 3 Poinente Street which has a lot of restaurants, Cathedral San Miguel and its Rosary Chapel.
Beautiful courtyard and layout but terrible front desk staff who took forever to find out Expedia booking and seemed to have been on the job for one day. Walls paper thin so we heard people next door. Room = dark and cramped.

Bien por lo centrico

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Lo centrico

GOOD STAY

Posted Jul 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was a restful stay. My room was small and so basic but I am happy because I was able to sleep like a baby. The bedsheets were clean and fresh and they were enough to cover my body throughout a cold night. No warm tap water but was relieved the shower has. You have to walk 5-10minutes to go to the Zocalo but I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. They also do not have a business center to check my emails but for the rate you get what you paid for. There are grocery and pharmacy stores walking distance for other things you might need. The person in the reception was friendly and willing to offer assistance.
