The hotel is AMAZING. The staff were very friendly and attentive. A quick drive to the city center. The pool was perfect after a day of exploring Puebla. Would definitely stay again if in Puebla.

We always stay at this hotel when traveling with our dogs — this is our 5th time! Very friendly staff, the rooms allocated for dogs are on the main floor, near the dog run and have a patio at the back of the spacious bedroom

Good, but needs an update.
Hotel is in decent condition but getting a bit dated. Rooms face inside courtyard that is open to the outside. AC in rooms is very old and tough to operate. Feels like it needed an update 10 years ago.

Hotel looked like it was in its prime many years ago, sasdly the maintenance has been not taken care of. Chiped paint on walls, lawns in bad condition, wires exposed allaround, cracked floors,etc Room service was really bad. Asked for extra towells and coffe pods, after calling 3 times, never came. Had to get from lady cleaning rooms. We kept extra towels, they took them when they cleaned the room. Service at restaurant was bad one day and good another, also, they has buffet on weekends, we are not big eaters, so we asked if we could ask for a menu to order from, they always said eirther, it would take way too long or plainly,l” you cant”.

I have stayed at intercontinental hotels all over the world and without a doubt this is their worst facility , everything about the property looks dated and old. The food both room service and the restaurant are inedible. Over all it was like staying in a clean motel on a high way

Avoid if you value a good nights sleep.
From the outset this was a lovely hotel. But from the inside this was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was 12 in our group and 4 has to change rooms due to noise, parties and safety. If you value a good nights sleep do not stay here. The walls are so thin in rooms also. I had complained on behalf of myself and our group when checking out, but just knew it would fall on deaf ears. Will never stay here again.

It's now to old, and you can hear everything from the other rooms, such as he is walking even without shoes, the water heater of the next room every time the start the shower. The tub is about to brake.
