“They didn't like Expedia's rate”

They told me it was a very low rate and that it was not supposed to include breakfast. They changed their mind later. Good hotel anyway. Good food. Nice warm pool.

Staff is extremly friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. All amenities are useful. One special thing is that hotel is energy savings oriented which I liked.

It is also very nice that the hotel has an Alfredo di Roma restaurant, VERY GOOD SERVICE

Downtown is nice. If you can stay at a hotel that is walking distance from all the important tourist attractions and you can avoid having to drive or take a cab is very confortable

“excellent opcion, good environment, pleasant personal, good attention”

Our stay with my wife and daughter was very pleasant. Magnificent and comfortable beds, very good environment. We had a bedroom just in front of the pool area and this did that our stay in the hotel was more pleasant. Only I believe that would be able to improve the restaurant, its breakfast buffet was very simple for its cost . I think it can include some of the very rich Poblan food. In general the restaurant would be able to improve the quality of its plates, which not means that it is bad, but I only think that would be able to improve.

Area recommendations

Puebla is a great city, with its Historical District at the downtown and the near town of Cholula in the neighborhood. Many historical churches especially I recommend Santa María de Tonantzintla a great example of mexican barroco. Great restaurants to all kinds of budgets.
