The internet was down the first night and front desk was not any help but after that it worked great. The staff was wonderful and polite. The rooms were clean. One caution, if you have a room toward the outside perimeter, the train does run by the hotel, it's not bad just a rumble.

Staff insisted on $100 cash deposit after I had already stayed for 2 weeks. Also, staff would not complete my checkout until my room was inspected. There were no reports of incident or damage incurred prior to final checkout.

Thank you for staying with us; we appreciate your feedback. Every time a guest checks in even as a stayover they must pay the deposit. That is why strongly encourage all of our extended stay guest's to pay cash for the deposit so that each they redo their reservation we already have a deposit on file so we don't blow up their credit card. It is also standard procedure to check the room before returning the deposit. Safe travels and see you next time!

It was very clean, the room was pretty and everything was updated. The only thing I didn't care for was the traffic noise but when you're near a highway there's no way around it so I knew it would be noisy today took the room. It was a good experience all around

We are sound sleepers. Surprised to see earplugs in our room. Later realized trains at full speed pass through within 20 yards of the back fence. We are normal sleepers and not a big problem. No whistles. Breakfast was sparse and manager had removed the toaster "because it kept setting off alarms". No hot items except if you made a waffle. Room was clean. Price reflected what we got. Not unhappy. One time stay.

The front desk staff at this hotel is horrible. They are not customer service oriented, barely know how to check you in and then want to charge you twice because the night clerk didn't do his job correctly. Asked for help and a manager and they claimed they called the Police who never showed up. You have been warned! Do not stay at this hotel!

We couldn’t use the exterior door closest to our room for some reason , so we had to walk our dog & all our stuff down a long hall & through the lobby. No automatic lobby doors either. Breakfast was so-so: good waffles, but the only other hot food was microwave sandwiches. Kinda icky. Staff were all friendly. Room was clean but pretty dark & dingy.

The only issue is that my partner had trouble sleeping due to the trains that pass by the hotel. The location does leave a lot to be desired.

Just got here. Clean, comfortable, can hear kids playing in the pool, but it doesn’t bother me. Two restaurants next door so easy to get dinner. The gentleman who checked me in was kind, expedient, and professional. I would stay here again.

We been coming here for years. But the customer service is getting pretty bad. The lady we talked to when we first arrived has been her most of our visits. She is getting pretty hard to deal with. I think it’s time we find a new motel for our next visit. The rooms could use some deep deep cleaning. They are getting pretty run down.

The room we had was comfortable and not "squeezed." I enjoyed the free morning breakfast as it offered waffles, yogurt, microwavable breakfast sandwiches, a variety of fruits, cereals, etc. The driveway exit/entrance area (shared with a restaurant) could use some repaving, but the location is pretty easy access to shopping, the highway, other dining options, etc.
