Great Service! Service staff has gone above and beyond expectations and standards to give me all the help I’ve needed! I will definitely be booking again when I need to be in Pueblo

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Area felt unsafe, property was outdated, bathroom toilet was not functioning properly, black out curtain was off track so we couldn’t open one side, there were 3 sharing room but only cups for 2, first hotel we have stayed in 20 stops that did not offer coffee in the lobby. Also first one without comp. breakfast.
The staff were amazing! Very helpful and kind. The food and drinks at the bistro were fantastic. The hotel itself was conveniently located, just had trouble parking one night but other than that I really enjoyed my stay! I felt safe due to key card required access after a certain hour, room was clean & comfortable, and I was able to have the hot tub to myself one night (bonus perk). Overall, highly recommend.
The bathroom in room could be cleaner and the guy that was at the front counter was not very nice. He did not make me feel welcome or tell me anything unless I asked. When I asked about complimentary water bottle he asked for my bonvoy number which I do not know but I know he could look it up by email and he did not offer.
Pleasantly surprised all around. Attentive and friendly service, the room was clean and well maintained. Used the pool / hot tub both days and was impressed with how clean the area was. Would recommend the facility for it's quality and location.
It is a ghost land around the hotel except for a gas station blaring opera music to keep the homeless away. Parking is very limited, and wasn’t super excited to park across the street in a sketchy lot.
The towels were very worn - we could see through them - and they were stained.
There was a yellow stain on the ceiling.
The heat blew cold air - this was even at 74 degrees on the thermostat.
The toilet didn't flush well, and the sink was slow to drain.
The coffee cup lids in the room didn't fit the cups.
We really didn't feel like this room was worth the money we paid for it.
Parking is ridiculous. Bad part of town. Was warned not to let unaccompanied females to walk be alone at night. Water pressure takes your skin off. Water temperature in the shower is either frigid or scalding. There was two body washes and a conditioner in the shower. There is a smell in the hallways. TV ghosted. Had to unplug. Although it seems clean at first sight, upon further examination it was not clean at all. Have attached a picture of what was on the blackout drapes. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Couldn’t check out fast enough. I truly expected better from Marriott.
