“My 4th stay here”

As usual, the staff was most pleasant, the room very clean and the breakfast was fresh and tasty and a complete breakfast! Great location, too. Unfortunately, the room I was given was between the 'storage room' and the board room. When I got in at 9PM the storage room noise was sounding like there were about 27 (more or less:) air conditioners running at the same time--like a very loud white noise. I was too tired to complain, so went to bed. The sound finally stopped at 7AM. So I would suggest that you stay at this motel any time--as long as you are not assigned to room 126!

“Not impressed at all.”

Stayed here a couple of years ago no problems, they have let the rooms age and plumbing wasn't working in sink, called to have fixed and the maint person took the drain pipe out and left it on the carpet where he also left black stains, carpet was dirty and stained over all. Front desk females were nice, evening manager's comment when we asked about pipe in floor so you couldn't use sink was "what do you want me to do about it" he agreed to change rooms for us and it was better, however we won't stay again. This place has a nice bed but really needs a lot of TLC !

“Won't stay here again!”

GPS took us to other side of highway and had to call hotel for directions. Hotel clerk was very helpful and nice. Our room was in a separate building. Bottle caps in the parking lot, much needed updates everywhere but when we opened the door to our room, we were appalled at the condition...filthy dirty carpet with big stains everywhere, chair was stained and arm rests so filthy we wouldn't sit in it, chair in front of desk had a broken back so when you would want to sit in it you practically fell out of it backwards. We have never stayed in such an appalling motel/hotel and are very disappointed with Ramada.

“Falling Apart”

First room had a light bulb hanging from wires out of bathroom ceiling. Moved to another room. No tissues, towel rack coming off wall, some kind of liquid splattering on walls, toilet over flowed (but figured out how to fix on my own). Pool was clean, but no pool towels ever showed up the two days I was there so used room towels. No TV remote in the room and after 30 minutes of waiting for room service to bring the remote as indicated, I just went to front office and got myself. Breakfast had OJ that ran out but the hotel employee never refilled (not sure why). Soda machines were out of soda. Big red ant colony on column outside room by pool (thankfully not by my room). Overall, not a very relaxing place to rest .... wouldn't you say?

“Terrible place”

The room smelled. There was a trash can right in front of the door which seemed to have not been changed for a while and need a good washing. We changed to a different room which was down grade from 2 queens to one king. This room had a broken hair drier which looked like some ripped it off the wall. It shows the cleaning people don't care. The only thing we liked was the breakfast

very nice place, clean comfy, good location great breakfast... definitely would stay again

“bed sheets”

my room was great except that they have deep mattresses and are not using fitted sheets for the appropirate size mattress so the sheets keep slipping off the bed.

“"just ok"”

The name "Ramada" to me seems to have a reputation as being a very nice hotel. This particular one was just average. The breadkfast buffet was mediocre at best, no matter what time you arrived. The rest of the amenities and service were just ok. Not very impressed.
