Reasonably priced motel in a good location

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Very quiet air conditioning. Price was good. Free breakfast was good.
Cons: I'm sure it's hard to quiet the plumbing noise from adjoining rooms, but it would be nice if the plumbing could be silenced somewhat.
Location: Shopping, gas stations, and restaurants close to this Motel. Easy to get on & off of I-25, and you can see the Ramada marque from a long distance.
Booked through Expedia, and checking in very easy. The room was clean, and the mattress was good. The plumbing was noisy in the adjoining rooms, but as we required an early start, it was no problem. The air conditioning unit was very quiet, and the room was also quiet except for the plumbing. I'd stay there again when we drive through Pueblo the next time.

Nice to be gone

Started at check in. Went down hill. Don't even attempt to check in one minute early. Rude manager. Pay more so they can afford child care.

Nice hotel, great breakfast

Posted Jun 26, 2015
Hotel was OK, breakfast great, room tidy but the bathroom has mouldy grout and sealant which let the room down. However would stay again! Pool was good but could have had soon sun loungers and not just chairs!

Hospitality was no Bueno

Posted Jun 23, 2015
I called the front desk to ask for a toothbrush & extra pillows. The front desk girl said she didn't have them. Most hotels are more than happy to provide these simple things. She was very rude & acted like I was a bother to even be asking her. The hospitality was awful.

DON'T DO IT! For an extra $25 go somewhere else.

Posted Jun 19, 2015
Pros: Room was clean, bed fairly comfortable, A/C adequate.
Cons: Room maintenance, lack of professional appearance & customer service, quality of patrons, room stank of cigarettes, flimsy room doors.
Location: Location within a short driving distance of many restaurants and stores, CSU Pueblo, and a movie theater.
First Impression: Pulled up to lobby (about 6pm), tried to go inside ... spent the next 10 minutes ringing the bell, knocking on the locked inner door, and calling the desk, to no avail. Enter the desk clerk with a bag of groceries, and an apology for leaving the site unattended: "There was no one here, so I ran out..." To add to the impression, she was wearing short shorts and a very low cut, backless t-shirt over a purple brassiere. Second Impression: Upon walking into my "non-smoking" room, I was hit by a wall of cigarette smell. Asked for another room - "Sorry, I don't have any left." About the room: Fairly spacious with a well-made-up king size bed. The room and bathroom appeared to be very clean. However, there were cigarette burn marks on the bath counter (note the "non-smoking" room..), a hole punched through the bathroom door about the size of someone's head, trim torn off the bathroom door, and badly frayed carpet between the room and the bathroom. In addition: there are a number of "gentlemen" loitering around the outsides of the rooms, and I was treated to a domestic dispute which went on for about 3-4 hours in the parking lot, directly outside my room, and in the room a couple doors down from mine.

Dirty room

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: The breakfast was good
Cons: Staff and better housekeeping for sure
When I arrived I had to wait 15 minutes for a front counter worker to come to the front desk. Then our room was only somewhat cleaned by housekeeping. A maintence worker cleaned our room for us since the front desk lady would not give us another room. I would not stay here again. I paid about $80 dollars for this room and at that price I expect a little better facility than I had.
