for Overnight Stay Before Destinationby ERA from Sleepy Hollow, New York
Convenient LocationPosted Mar 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel suited our needs for a convenient meeting spot for a morning rendezvous with a kayaking group heading into Patagonia. Our room was spacious with a view of waterfront. Although the appearance may seem somewhat faded, the accommodations were quite comfortable.

Decent option in mediocre townPosted Dec 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Large and comfortable room, but the room felt rather dated and worn. Good quality breakfast and overall service. Hotel is in a mediocre part of a mediocre town, but one of the best options in town. Poor value overall, but not many other options...

very nice hotel with beautiful view of the harborPosted Aug 9, 2012 on Hotels.com
Hotel is excellent. Rooms are very spacious, bathroom also spacious. Nice kitchnette area. Hotel faces the harbor area in Puerto Montt. Breakfast room also has beautiful view. Good breakfast, wonderful service. Will recommend and will stay in hotel again if ever in the area. The only inconvenience is the location; hotel rear and sides are noisy, since it is located in the town center; not too many amenities around. But hotel offers excellent service, cleanliness and spacious rooms.

Club Presidente hotel Puerto MonttPosted Feb 22, 2012 on Hotels.com
This hotel was an overall disappointment. It is quite dirty. Changed room because the bedspread was dirty, only to end up in a room with another dirty bedspread. Carpets also stained. The pillows smelled of many previous occupants. Maintenance poor in the first room, malfunctionning window and hardware... Hotel staff uniformly pleasant and obliging. Great breakfast buffet.

Location: On the bay, nice view.
Excellant nights stay. Secure parking, nice breakfast, clean large room. Morning staff helped my contact Santiago airport regarding a lost item. One small issue would be the lower bay side rooms have a little extra noise from the street. Would recommend this hotel.

MIddle of townPosted Feb 8, 2012
This hotel is right on the beachfront in the middle of town. From the outside it isn't very impressive, but on the inside it's very nice. Our room was quite comfortable. Some of the staff spoke english which helped.

Fair for the pricePosted Jan 26, 2012
The hotel has a very nice location in Providencia, in a very well kept suburban area. The staff try to be pleasing and nice. Daily breakfast is very good. The room is like a little apartment, but needs renewal of towels, shower curtain, furniture upholstery and the cleanliness is just enough. The drawers in the closet were dusty.

Reasonable mid-range hotelPosted Dec 30, 2011 on Hotels.com
He stayed at the Club Presidente in Puerto Montt in December 2011 with a family of four (2 rooms). The location of the hotel is right at the water front and w had nice view over the bay. The rooms were a bit old fashion but clean and sufficiently spacious. The hotel has parking garage under the building. The restaurant has nice views. Breakfast and menu card are a bit basic. Pool is good for splashing but too small to swim. To summarize, mid range hotel, bit old fashion but clean and friendly service.
