Well located in front of the lake with full view of volcano. Nice restaurant. Rooms are ample and comfortable. Good staff. Very close to great restaurants.

- Food was great, innovative flavors that used local ingredients. - Location and view was spectacular. - Staff was kind and attentive. However, on the bad side: - The exterior of the room at the balcony was full with fungus. - The jacuzzi was not working. - The hair dryer was not working. - The entryway of the room used white light. It's widely known that 4* and up rated hotels should use warm light. - TV was way too small. - Hotel didn't implement Expedia status policy.

Pleasant stay
Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Limited breakfast and dinner menu due to covid restrictions, but lots of options nearby. The view from the front of the hotel is breathtaking. Second time staying here and intend to return.

La ubicacion muy buena frente al lago y con una vista maravillosa a los volcanes. El desayuno complicado por las medidas de cuidado pero ademas con cosas algo añejas como las masas.

This hotel is beautifully located just across the lake and the hotel staff were so courteous they offered us an upgrade to a suite because of our Gold status on Expedia and we were able to see the 2 volcanos right from the room. They even sent someone to retrieve my lost jacket which I had left behind in a store and was unable to retrieve because I was away all day on a sightseeing tour. Excellent location, friendly staff, they speak excellent English , the spa services were superb . What else can I say , I would surely stay here again!

Good hotel
Nicely located hotel. Staff was friendly, but as person that travels a lot on business, there was a little too much fraternizing among the up front staff while on duty, it’s not professional. Rooms are on the small side, but clean and modern. There is limited parking available. The restaurant was very good. Gym could use more equipment. It’s a good hotel, and I would recommend it.

Better than expected for a Radisson. Got a nice upgrade with a beautiful view, went down to the bar and service was great. Good drinks and food.

Studio suite room was large and had a nice view of the volcano, but it was pretty tired looking, with a couple of holes in the curtain sheers and carpet that looked like it had seen better days. The air conditioner worked fine but was rather noisy. The bed was not very comfortable. While the room seemed clean in general, there was grime on the grout of some of the shower tiles and especially around the shower door, which was a real turn-off. The shower was equipped with a handheld shower head that was supposed to fit into an overhead stand but it often did not fit and fell out, causing the water to leak through the shower door and flood the bathroom floor. Breakfast was decent, but there wasn't a lot of variety in terms of hot dishes. Given the ratings and the price we paid for the room, I was expecting luxury but ultimately what we got was an oversized but very average room with a nice view at a high price.
