"It was the perfect get away spot. Incredible views of the ocean, a 5 min walk to the beach and local delicious restaurants around the corner. The place was beautiful, had all the amenities and our boys loved the pool out back. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. we would definitely book there again recommend to our friends and family. Our only issue was booking .com gave us the wrong contact number to confirm and we had to send someone to confirm for us."

"The transportation to and from the airport was included and pleasant. The dining options were limited. There were two restaurants. "We stayed 2 nights in this apartment. It was very clean, recently updated, and well-equipped. It is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a building with 12 such units in a group of about 40 of these buildings. Most units are long-term housing for locals. "There was no wifi and no t.v. but everything else was great, especially for the price. Puerto Morelos is a wonderful town in between Cancun and Playa Del Carmen. This apartment is about a 10 minute drive from the beach and has an amazing pool. It was clean and comfortable and even had a washer. Other than the fact the free wifi and a t.v. should be taken off of the listing, I would highly recommend this apartment. It was definitely worth the price!"

"We would highly recommend Grand Residence. We have been to many resorts in Mexico and this resort went above and beyond on so many things. Before we even left home for our vacation we were contacted by the resort to get our flight information so they could coordinate our pickup and departure transportation. They also asked what our likes, dislikes, and preferences on dining times. When we arrived at the airport our transportation was waiting for us and greeted us with smiles, cold water and a nice cool towel. When we arrived at the resort we were again greeted with smiles and a welcome cocktail that our transportation driver had called ahead to order after asking what we would like. We were taken to our Ocean view Jr. Suite which did not disappoint. Our room was large, comfortable and the view of the ocean and pool was beautiful. Our fridge was stocked with water, beer and a variety of Soda's. They stocked fresh fruit, dried fruit and other snacks for us. The bathroom was nicely stocked with everything you would need. The pool and pool area were very nice and they had an adults only pool with a swim up bar. The beach was beautiful with soft powder sand and very little seaweed as they groom and clean it several times a day. We did the all-inclusive package and the food at the resort was very good with many options. Our concierge on arrival to the resort had already made all of our dinner reservations and had set us up for special theme nights. Service at this resort 10/10. "
