Excellent Hotel at Great Value
We highly recommend this hotel. It provided excellent value at such a reasonable price compared to other properties nearby. — Location was great. It was minutes from the main square, and right next door was a laundromat for dirty W Trek hiking clothes :) — Service was excellent. Whether it is the receptionist, the servers at breakfast and the cleaning ladies… they were all very friendly and really tried to accommodate our needs. — The rooms had everything that we needed, at the quality we expected. Room was spacious enough, shower was great, there were organic amenities, they provided clean towels, there was daily cleaning. We loved that everything was just done so well. — Great breakfast! We always start our day with high energy because of the yummy and filling breakfast. They even offered to give us takeaway breakfast on the day of the patagonia international marathon (which was really thoughtful of them!) BTW — we stayed one night at another hotel before our W Trek. We were *SO* glad we stayed at Martin Gusinde after our trek.

The service is excellent. The staff are nice and very helpful, especially Evelyn. Few minute walk to the main square, shops, restaurants and the waterfront.

Nice hotel
Had trouble with check in, tried to charge that-day price, instead of reserved price (double the amount). Manager honored reserved price. I left wondering if the desk staff is trained at all, sloppy with my credit card charge too...had to be reversed, then charged again. Otherwise nice enough hotel. No view from rooms. Breakfast very nice, and lovely staff. I would consider the location excellent.

We stayed for 3 nights as a gateway to Torres del Paine park. Overall the hotel was great. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and breakfast was the highlight. ___ was the woman managing breakfast and she was extremely accommodating and We rented a car and hotel had free parking. Town convenient and lots of nice restaurants around for dinner/lunch. Laundromat down the street was convenient. Gas stations in town and nearby grocery store were all in walking/driving distance.

Very friendly and helpful staff!
We stayed at this hotel on two separate nights before and after hiking. The location was very convenient and staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended an excellent seafood restaurant and provided us with a voucher for a free welcome drink. The hotel was stylish and comfortable. Unfortunately wifi was only working in the lobby but this wasn't too much of a problem. On our second stay, the toilet in our room wasn't working and they did not have a similar room available but kindly gave us the key to the twin room opposite to use the bathroom there. Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend!

Nice 3 star hotel in Puerto Natales
This is a 3-star hotel that have nice personnel but more important excellent location in the center of Puerto Natales. Non-working wi-fi in the rooms but comfortable rooms. Take in mind that most people stay in Puerto Natales in order to get into Torres del Paine and this hotel serves this purpose. Excellent breakfast

Além de instalações, localização e café da manhã muito bons, a funcionária Evelyn foi fantástica e eficiente em nos auxiliar num contato à agencia da qual havíamos comprado o passeio a Torres del Paine. Por sinal, todo o staff foi atencioso.

El trato del personal es excelente. Hotel muy bien ubicado. Quizás en la habitación hay poco espacio para la ropa y artículos de aseo. Y podrían mejorar la wifi. Pero, en general, el hotel es muy céntrico y el personal encantador

Außen unscheinbar, innen SUPER
Von außen macht es nicht viel her, aber die Zimmer, das Personal und das Frühstück sind neben der idealen ruhigen und zentrumsnahen Lage unschlagbar. Das alles zu einem wirklich angemessenen Preis. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, sprach Englisch und hatte gute Tipps auf Lager. Das Frühstück war das allerbeste, das wir während unseres Chileaufenthalts hatten. die zimmer sind groß genug und sauber. Im Bad alles, was man so braucht. Wir empfehlen es uneingeschränkt weiter.

Fomos muito bem recebido pelo funcionário Francisco. Qualquer dúvidas e necessidades pode perguntar para ele. Ele é bem atencioso, simpático, fala bem o Portunhol, sabe todas as dicas sobre o parque Torres Del Paine, pois ele já foi guia lá. Ou seja, qualquer dúvida, Francisco é o cara. O quarto é bem bacana e confortável. Vale o Custo Benefício. O Café da Manhã é muito bom e se quiser ovos basta pedir para a moça que fica no espaço. Ela também é bem educada e sorridente. O Hotel fica bem ao lado do cassino da cidade, então se quiser arriscar a sorte lá é bem posicionado. E nas redondezas existem vários restaurantes. Eu com certeza voltaria a me hospedar por lá. Dou uma nota 9,0.

O hotel moderno e muito limpo
O hotel é tudo de bom, moderno, bom atendimento, quarto limpo, banheiro nota dez, café da manha com varias opcoes, ovos feitos na hora. A cidade é pequena, entao o hotel é perto de tudo, localiza-se proximo a praca de armas. Excelente.

O hotel é ótimo, super confortável e bem localizado. O serviço é ótimo e toda a equipe extremamente atenciosa. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, tem um alfajor de chocolate que foi o melhor que já comi. Uma parada estratégica antes da chegada no parque torres del paine. Foi o hotel com o melhor custo benefício da nossa viagem.-

あたしらしいホテルで、設備も整っていて、ロケーションもいい、リーズナブルで英語を話せる親切なスタッフが多い。朝食のバリエーションが少ないのと、ワイファイが弱いのだけが難点。
