Nice place in Puerto Natales, the management were most helpful!

“Charming, Comfortable, Friendly B&B”

The beds were very comfortable, the lobby area was great with an upstairs lounge with a great view, a downstairs lounge with fireplace, games, books and magazines. The owner Rodrigo was very helpful supplying maps, tips and conversation. The only drawback was that the showers were less than luxurious but that is very minor, overall it was fantastic.

“A Steal”

The Keoken was a steal of a deal. It was a comfortable, charming atmosphere located very close to all the shops and restaurants in Puerto Natales. The father and son who operate the bed and breakfast are extremely helpful and friendly!

“Very Helpful”

Father and son treated me very well. Spent hours trying to help contact people to fix a reservation that had been canceled later in the trip. They even made a long distance call for me. My room was very nice burt small to hold all of my baggag so they offered to move out some of the furniture which I declined. Breakfast was OK. Had better in some other places.

“Keoken stay November 2012”

Keoken was clean and comfortable. Stayed twice while coming into and leaving Torres del Paine park. Price was on high side, but a great location, good variety of food for breakfast and very nice decor. Host Rodrigo helped with local recommendations for dining, bus service and shopping. I would stay at Keoken again if in Puerto Natales. November, 2012
