Quiet hotelPosted Mar 20, 2014
Was very quiet hotel. Not too many people there. Was on the beach which was nice. Hotel was a little old but staff was great. Food was very good. Liquor was average but beer was not good. Worst part about the hotel was that the pool was not kept clean. I enjoyed myself. I paid for a 2 or 3 star hotel and didn't expect a 5 star hotel. If you are looking for excitement do not come here. If you are looking for a quiet place to rest with a great staff and you don't come with high expectations then give it a try. I would return but probably would not recommend. They had free wifi but they have to clean the pool for people to better enjoy.

Attractive hotel, but a little run-downPosted Jan 7, 2014
Cons: Showers - water was nonexistent.
Location: Far from the main drag in Cabarete.
The place seemed to lack maintenance, eg. plumbing and other repairs.

Once is enoughPosted Dec 30, 2013
Pros: Tha attitude of the staff
Cons: Condition of the rooms, food quality, cleanliness
Location: A lot to do around the area. Good places to eat right in Cabarete
Apparently the hotel is going through a transitional stage. A change of management of some kind. The staff is very friendly and tries its best to cover for all the issues that the hotel does not have going for them. The food could be simple and yet be tasteful but it is simply not attractive. It'd seem that it is the cheapest quality. I certainly would not recommend it to anybody.
