Even though there was lots of parking spots, they were filled with golf carts and employee’s motorcicles when we arrived. One of the hotel employee told us to park in the street and we did It since there were other cars as well. However, the next day one of our cars was hit in the front by a hit and run. When we told the hotel administration, they wrote a report saying that they will find the person that did it since there was a camera right in front of it. I took them 2 days to tell us that they found who did it but could not locate the person. They also said that they were not reponsible for any damage caused to our car because it was not on of their employees. We had to pay all the damage because they failed to provide us with a parking spot and failed to give us a prompt answer. In addition to that, there are a lot of places described in this reservation we did not have access because we were not members and could only go to one of the restaurant mentioned in this page. The food, the people and the ambiance were great, but the administration clearly has a different treatment to those who are members and those who are not. I have been in this resort as V.I.P, as a member and now through Hotels.com (which have amazing customer service by the way) but this time me and my family were treated very poorly by the hotel administration.
