“love it!”

Overall great stay with my husband! Only complain is the A/C in our room.. never got cold how we wanted it! Tried to tell them but they didn't do much to fix it!

“High quality beach”

Although the hotel is divided into two buildings which makes access to beach a little bit tricky, the beach and pools are magnificent. Very convenient transportation to old town and there are tons of restaurants within walk distance. Will definitely stay there if next time my wife and I visit San Juan.

“Puerto Rico - San Juan Condada Plaza Hotel”

This was my fourth visit to this hotel - - my only disappointment was that they no longer have a salt water pool.. I always enjoy the pool area, the patio and the beach. The hotel is convenient to other hotels and restaurants by walking or short taxi ride. I also enjoyed the casino at this hotel more than some of the other casinos we visited. Since we booked with Expedia we received some $$ for match play at the table games in the casino, as well as $100 credit toward items charged to the room - not sure if this is given all the time as it was the first time I received this - it was a nice perk.

“A Day in the Life of a Hotel Guest”

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very sleek looking lobby. Pool area was nice-could use some updating-especially the outdorr bar area- it was cool, but definetely outdated.

My wife and I stayed at The Condado Plaza with my 18 year old son for 4 nights. It was a fantastic, wonderful stay. The people in the hotel are attentive, hospitable, and fun. The amenities of the hotel are top-notch. Right on the beach with the beautiful waves, the views are breathtaking, the outside jacuzzi by the pool--very relaxing. And the food in the restaurants, VARITA and the Gusto d'Italia was just so delicious. Condado Plaza is close to the MORRO, to Old SAn JUan and you can get a tour down the northern coast to Luquillo, there are so many great things to do.

We are sooo glad we chose this hotel!Since we've been back, all we can talk about is how great our stay was.Our ocean view room was amazing!Each nite we sat on our balcony and just watched the waves roll in.The pools were all very impressive.The beach was right there!! We worked out at the fitness room 3 or 4 times, then went into the steam room/whirl pool/sauna....really clean and not overcrowded.We had an excellent meal at the new rotissiery(sp?) restaurant..the manager(jose)was really cool/helpful/friendly.The hotel staff in general was amazing! we left a jacket in our room by mistake...we called to see if it was there and the housekeeping mailed it to us free of charge!! How cool is that?

We stayed in San Juan two days. The Conrad is BEAUTIFUL! Staff was wonderful and accomodating! We had a great time! We are already planning next year's stay at the Conrad!

“Great Hotel”

The hotel went above and beyond to make things wonderful. The renovations of the hotel are scheduled to be complete by December 2006 and the new rooms are awesome. I had one of the new rooms that they are wonderful. The renovations of the property did not interrupt my visit at all.

This hotel is located close to everything and the staff is eager to please at all times...the view from our balcony was excelent.
