“Not impressed”
The matress were infested with mice droppings, unclean floor rugs,dirty towels & bed sheets. The landscaping was not maintain including the parking lot with beer cans all around the lot the tv had only four channels working with fuzzy pictures. My wife and me were upset because expedia should not advertise this hotel it is a dump. We do not recommend it for nobody especially if you have children.

Not a real resort I expected for the price of it. it has seen better days...
“Not as pictured!”
The hotel was very hard to find and the neighborhoods surrounding it were older and run down. We were close to the ocean, but the beach was difficult to get to. It was hard to see because of so many trees. There was a restaurant onsite, but no other ones even close to where we were. The ice machine did not work. You had to get down on the floor to see the controls for the A/C unit to adjust the cooling. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
“Great Upgrade to the Villas!”
We got upgraded to the Villas which are VERY nice. Highly recommend them. You can't swim at the ocean because it is too rough, but you do have beach access (nice to walk along the beach). I think we may have been there during a slow period, because not all accomadations were up and running (restaurant, bar, etc). However, the villas are very nice and secudely. Great area if you are a surfer.
“Not worth the price”
The hotel did not live up to the photos. It was extrememly difficult to find the location and I had to call the hotel several time enroute. Turns out that the sign is very small and only faces one direction. I believe we were the only guest there that night but they didn't bother to give us a room with a view. The rooms need to be updated badly. The restaurant was only open on the weekends. The pool was nice but there was no access to the beach. Not sure why they call is a beach resort. Overall, I would not go back. And not much to see in Isabella. Go to Aquadilla instead.
“Not impressed”
Looks like its 100 years old. Horrible bed, horrible tv, cold water, clogged drain in shower, no food, no beverages, no telephone working...
“Can't wait to go back”
No complaints. Just make sure that you confirm your room is ready when you get there. Mine was not but was cleared was ready in 30 mins.

The pool was great, staff was always welcoming.

The staff were fine and helpful but when I checked the information on the internet and compared it with what I got there were a lot of differences
“Improvements”
Improve the phisical appearance of the Hotel. Clean the areas of the swimming pool.
