Good location in the Condado Area, no more than two blocks from Ashford Avenue, the main street that runs through El Condado. Staff friendly, complementary breakfast comes in handy.

Very good experience. No complaints, breakfast was good, room service was good, and front desk was good. Very good.

The hotel is very nicely sited at the western end of Condado. One can walk to the convention center, or drive there in about five minutes. It is off the main drag of Ashford Avenue by only one block, and therefore quieter but very convenient. All of the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, very willing to please. Rooms are small but clean; my room had a small balcony, but the a/c unit exhausted onto the balcony so not too useful in that way. It is a nice economy hotel that is more like a guest house in many ways, and I would stay there again.
