To many kids!Posted Jul 27, 2014
Resort is so nice. Husband and I were there a few months ago. Since the casino is gone and it seems to be more family friendly. Still had a great time but was surprised by all the kids. So many.

Nice hotel close to the beach .Posted Jul 27, 2014
Great view of the ocean but it's very expensive. For example breakfast for two 50$ ... They can clean the rooms better ..

Great StayPosted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: We particularly liked what it had to offer the children. I loved the restaurants on site and the shops.
Cons: Coin laundry needed; improve roads. Internet access to print boarding passes should be complimentary (This is the first hotel that has charged me).
Location: Great location with great views. You can enjoy Palomino Island and Coqui water park. A drive away, you can enjoy Luquillo beach and El Yunque.
We loved the stay at the hotel. Beautiful views, great location, nice and helpful staff, and clean room. Housekeeping was excellent. Everyone was friendly. We did however, have difficulty finding the hotel. Google maps and the GPS system were unable to pinpoint the location of the hotel. Best to ask for help or find it the old fashion way (a map).

Highly faceted hillside resort w/great ocean vistaPosted Jul 18, 2014
Extremely well appointed, & expansive, multi level hillside resort. A multitude of shops, resturants, pools, & a 1st class (small scale, but with huge features), water park. All with a fabulous, world class, ocean view. Even, an under 21 hangout for young guests. Much to do.... Only negative: Resurant/shop prices are excessively high, & exploitative.

Cons: Parking and availability of reasonably priced Food and Drinks
Food and parking very overpriced. Drinks expensive, breakfast for 2 ( 2 eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes, coffee) with tip $35.00. One drink in martini bar $12.00. One glass of house Wine (short pour) $10.00. "Resort Fee" $35.00 per day.......FOR WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!

Fun hotelPosted Jul 13, 2014
Very good experience, the only thing they did not provide sheets for my sofa bed. We had to sleep together in the only bed. 4 people one bed becouse we came in late.

Plenty of things to do.Posted Jul 7, 2014
Cons: update the hotel accomodations.
Location: rain forest, ziplining, excursions.
The Hotel just needs to be updated. The view is beautiful and the island is really clean. Food is just ok, but for the amount they charge it could have been better. When I got my bill there was a $41.97 additional resort fee added to each day I was there and they just said it was taxes because I booked it thru expedia??? Puerto Rico is a beautiful island and no one should be afraid to got there. Everyone outside the resort was friendly and the rain forest and ziplining were fantastic trips. The elevator was hot and slow so we took the stairs everyday. We had a great ocean view, but the bathroom was just dirty. Needs to be retiled.

We had a great time staying at the Hotel. Had a beautiful view. Breakfast was totally overpriced. Pool is open 24/7 what's very convenient.
