“A great place to stay in PR!”

This hotel is rather large, but the service and cleanliness were outstanding.

“Great Vacation & Awesome Hotel”

I stayed at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Casino (Puerto Rico) February 11th until February 13th. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. The hotel was much better looking in person, it was a pleasant surprise. The casino was small but a lot of fun (I only played blackjack), the pool was beautiful, the free breakfast was decent (I would have preferred waffles and biscuits), but it was still worth having. I only made it to the happy hour one night, but it was a nice perk. I will definitely use this hotel again if I ever make it back to Puerto Rico. The beach really was close by (2 blocks as stated on their website) and there was a lot of eating option nearby. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool, so we were happy with that. The only reason i didn't give them a prefect score is because the rooms do need a small update, nothing major.The draws in the bedroom were kind on wonky (had a hard time opening and closing them). I honestly never used the living room coach or tv, but it was nice to have the extra space to put our luggage. Overall this hotel was awesome and I would highly recommend it.

“Stay here!”

I was a little concerned after reading the reviews. The hotel was great. The area was fine around the hotel for San Juan, all the neighborhoods look less than pleasing but no problems and we walked all around. The staff was great, offered lots of information. The manager's reception and free breakfast were fantastic. The pool was great, clean and large. No noise from surrounding rooms. Good value for the money in San Juan. Would recommend to anyone.

“Very pleased”

We had a wonderful time staying at the Embassy Suites in Puerto Rico. It was clean, friendly, and beautiful. The breakfast and manager's cocktail hour are one of the reasons that I like to stay at an Embassey Suites Hotel. The pool was very nice and I liked the outdoor bar poolside.

“impressive”

Great breakfast, daily manager's reception 5:30 to 7:30, friendly bilingual staff, two blocks from Isle Verde beach where they supply chairs and umbrellas at no extra charge. Great jumping point to see Old San Juan, the El Yungue rainforest, Camuy caves, Fajardo's Bio Bay, and nice resturants that are within walking distance. We enjoyed five night and will return.

“Puerto Rico vacation”

The only reason I rated the comfort of my room as pleasing is because I ended up sleeping on the couch for the eight nights spent at the hotel. I strongly believe that the 14% hotel fee charged when checking into the hotel is excessive. Especially after paying for eight nights of stay.

Great outcome for the price charged. Good acommodations, great buffet. Check in and check out times should be more flexible.
