No Elevator - Building was built in the 18th Century so hallways and rooms are small. Stairs are good exercise, but no rooms on the first floor so it is not handicap accessible. Please pack light as there is not luggage elevator either. We offer daily housekeeping service, shampoo/conditioner, soap, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, and other items if you forgot.
Windows - All the buildings in Old Town share a wall as they are all attached to each other, therefore, rooms do not have windows to the outside with the exception of rooms with a balcony, and rooms that are on a higher floor. Rooms with exterior windows are very limited, please contact the hotel directly using the information in the confirmation received after booking. All rooms have windows, but most are internal with openings to the atrium or a skylight (no view).
Lobby/Lounge - Our gorgeous lobby has our signature chandelier, and many sitting/lounging areas with air conditioning so you can come back from a long day and relax comfortably. Our staff is available 24/7 for tour reservations, and general information. Bar is closed at the moment, but will reopen on May 2013.
