Its good but needed someting for made adorable the stay.

Everything was excellent, the staff went the distance to make us feel special and appreciated. The restaurant is great and the service excellent.

Very nice hotel. Clean and confortable. The staff is amazing.

My family and friends (approx. 20) stay in this hotel almost every year. At arrival the greeting could have been better. The gentleman who attended us was a bit confused and did not referr to the information on the system but rather made all the question unnecessarily. The security was great and Ironicall friendlier than the fornt end staff. The housekeeping staff always kind and polite. Rooms nice and clean although room (223) was a bit damp, odor not too pleasant. Overall, pleasant staff...clean pool.

Horrible, no cleaning and no paint. Don't deserve to be call hotel

We booked this hotel for a long weekend. We went to Caja de Muertos island and Aurora Cay that was the purpose of our trip. We stayed the whole day outside the hotel which the best because this is just for sleeping kind of hotel and save money.

I lived in Ponce for 25 years and this is still the best hotel value for the money. Very clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, with easy access to major highways. This is always my first pick in Ponce.

We had a most pleasant experience here. The hotel had everything that we needed. I liked the towels available at the pool. There were more children around than I would have liked, but it was a weekend and they were well behaved kids.
