Run down and dirtyPosted Dec 3, 2013
Pros: Absolutely nothing!
Very expensive for the poor quality. Spend $15 to $20 Stay at the Coral Princess Hotel in Condado instead!

Great Hotel a block from a beautiful beach!Posted Oct 31, 2013
Pros: The family type atmosphere and the friendliness/helpfullness of the staff is what makes this hotel stand out.
Cons: Better breakfast. Extend wifi to the rooms.
Location: Beaches/nightclubs/restaurants/shopping are all within walking distance.
The hotel is a charming little B&B a block away from the Ocean Park Beach and centrally located in the Condado tourist district. Everything in the district (shopping/restaurants/clubs/beaches) is within walking distance. It is a small hotel with limited parking but the price is just right, particularly for this district. The staff is extremely friendly and warm.

Villa 3 - Large and Spacious - Weak ShowerPosted Oct 23, 2013
Pros: Large room, kitchen, comfortable king-sized bed, quiet.
Cons: Shower head/water stream and heat of shower.
Location: Walgreens, frozen yogurt, Bebo's restaurant all within walking distance. Not too far from the beach, not a bad beach either.
I wasn't sure what to expect upon arrival. The place looks to be on the older side, but I didn't notice anything remiss other than the fact that the "front desk" had no power when we entered. We were given Villa 3, a large spacious room with a partial kitchen (Refridgerator, microwave, sink, dining table), several couches, a large king-sized bed, and a small bathroom. The hot water in the shower did not work, but they did fix it right away. The shower head/stream of water was very very weak which did not make for a very pleasant showering experience. Overall though, the room was comfortable (air conditioner right above the bed was weird, so we ran it during the day while we were out and about, and turned it off at night). The front desk staff were ok, not overly friendly, but helpful enough. We did not eat the breakfast based on previous reviews and just bought cereal and milk instead. At the end of our stay I signed a document and was told I could not have a copy of it, but was not given a good reason why I couldn't have a copy. I understand that the man working the desk did not make that rule, but that is a VERY odd policy.

The hotel near the beach.Posted Oct 22, 2013
Pros: The staff was very nice.
Cons: The room comfort and the cleaniess.
Location: Near the hotel is a very good restaurant with a great service and a nice staff. (Bagua)
Our experience was Ok, thanks to the staff. They were very kind and helpful. They offer a contiental breakfast, but it was awful. Durign the day there was a shortage of water and the bathroom ceilign was leaking.

First of all, the pictures on this site don't seem to be accurate pictures of this place. Yes I was on an extreme budget but this place was pretty dumpy. I can't even tell how old it is-- there's no drinking water. The only 'plus' was that I just needed a place to sleep and at least the room had a nice size bed.
