“A Really Wonderful Find! Reasonable, Family-Oriented Hotel”

The hotel is tucked away in a little cul-de-sac off of Panoramic Road 901. The hotel has a circular driveway leading to the entrance, with a large parking lot just across from the front of the building. As you enter, you are greeted with a friendly, "Hola!" by a beautiful blue and gold parrot, who is perched near the lobby desk. The hotel is very attractive, with 3 levels, (but no elevator) each room having a private veranda. It is well decorated, and the lamp posts, which are built into the architecture, are styled to reflect the shape of palm trees. Quite innovative! The staff is very helpful and accommodating, and speak excellent English. The facilities include an outdoor pool, volleyball court, basketball court, and well equipped gymnasium. The room was clean and attractively styled, with a view, (from the balcony) of the beach, which is a couple of hundred feet from the hotel. The restaurant was comfortable, the food was superb, and the wait staff excellent. Our waiter for the two dinners we had there, Osmìn, was the best of the best, and made us feel like family, rather than guests. Breakfast was included in our package, (although many families there were taking advantage of the hotel's all inclusive package) and the coffee was the best I've ever had! This is a family-friendly hotel, and was a bit noisy, at times, but the laughter of children means that they were having as good a time as we were!

“Puerto Rican ambiance”

Hotel was so close to the beach. There was a local bar playing live music when we arrived and crowds of people. There was a live parrot in the reception area. It was quite the island experience. The band stopped at 9:30, and the crowd quietly dispersed. Each room had a terrace overlooking the pool. It was ver pleasant.

“Loved this one in Yabucoa...”

I spent one night to avoid a long drive to the Metro area in the late night, so maybe my review may not cover everything that the resort may offer. We called in the morning to make sure we can check-in earlier so when we arrived at 1pm, our room was ready! We dropped our baggage in the room and went to a private party -held in the same town- were we brought our DJ services. We came back at 2am; free parking was available, secure entry with the room key was a breeze. Shower with hot water, a nice king sized bed and a decent a/c was the perfect complement for a very nice sleep until 9am. Breakfast was not included with our offer but a hearty one is affordable. All staffers were friendly and served us very well. Loved the pool, the landscape and the lobby. Restaurant is a big plus. I may stay here for a weekend with friends and family in the future; affordable weekend packages are available. Maybe the beach nearby is not the best, but why bother if you can spend the day in the pool or in the balconies sipping a cold beverage with the beach breeze.

“The Getway away from everything place”

We enjoy the secluesion of the hotel and our dailiny wals on the beach to the left of the hotel. If you are looking for a getaway and not a party spot this is definity it. It is about an hour away from San Juan and and the Rain forest and Ferry to other islands. You can get the real flavor of Puerto Rico here. There are some things they could do to make it a better place to stay. They could of had some special entertaiment nights or something. I defintily dont recommend getting the all Inclusive very expensive and not worth it. You can find many local places that have better food for much cheaper.Definitly rent a car but be careful driving the locals dont go by the same rules we do all the time. Beautiful island we found the local people to be very friendly and helpful as well. I will defintly go back to Puerto Rico but probally would not stay here again will look elsewhere.

“Good if you're in the area, but...”

There is an active Oil Refinery right nearby. Locals know that It is not recommended to swim at that "beach". Yet, there is no warning posted. I could smell a combination of sewage and oil in the morning when I attempted to jog on the beach. In addition, there are starving stray dogs that follow you around. All of the rooms face an inner courtyard which contains a mini swimming pool with a huge hose-type faucet with gushing water which runs all night, probably to create a diversion. There is also a gorgeous parrot in the lobby as you come in. Judy from the staff is lovely and everyone tries to be pleasant. There are some good features, like the refrigerator in the room and the breakfast, but to be at a polluted corner of P.R. is quite distressing.

“Bad experience.”

The experience was awful; the bathroom was very dirty, and all was old in the room. The whole hotel needs a complete changes. Don't have beach.
