Serves the purpose

If you're looking for a safe place to crash between flights and don't want to leave airport, then this is your place. Just outside of TSA checkpoint and Seaborne airlines counter. $220/night is steep and one would expect a more updated and robust facility. Expect more of a old Holiday Inn. Room was clean, quiet, cold but surprisingly humid. Tiny bathroom.

Airport hotel Stay

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: the room cleanliness
Cons: The restaurant food not overprice quality and quantity needs improvement.
Location: everything within the airport closes to early. restaurant and bar no entertainment.
The hotel needs to have it's parking lot for their guest.

Convenience for early departure.

Posted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: It could not be more convenient to the airport.
Cons: It's a very good balance.
Location: With San Juan at your feet, almost endless options abound, and just roll out of bed for an early morning flight.
The staff was knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and pleasant and efficient. They even took the initiative to ask if i wanted a wake up call, and did a follow up personal call 5 minutes after the computer-auto ring.

Decent hotel for 1 night

Posted Apr 9, 2015
Stayed here with my family for 1 night before going on a cruise. Its an old hotel and rooms could use some updating. Bathroom is tiny and kind of gross but shower was nice. Towels were questionable. Room space was good (had 2 double beds). If you are not high maintenance then this room is good for 1 night.

The quality of the hotel is not great, but the convenient location is hard to beat.

worst experience ever

Posted Apr 1, 2015
Pros: Nothing, staff not friendly, no respect for guest.....
Cons: Hire a maintenance manager that actually take his career serious
Arrived at hotel, has to wait for front desk clerk to finish his phone conversation with a friend. Got to the room and carpet smelled.... Reported it and was told all rooms are the same, then no hot water in the room. Called again and FD clerk responded, he do not know what do to. I demanded to speak to the mod and then 30 minutes later they had to do a room change. No assistance, no apologize, will not recommend any person staying here. Bistro was dirty, no service, had to get our own menus. Light in room not working. Worst experience ever.

Pros: Location in Terminal D
Convenient but you need to carry your own bags across the airport. Convenient to American and US Air but not as convenient to others
