Convenience at the airport

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: Location. Air conditioners in the room chilled it to meat locker conditions.
Landed at 4 AM so this was a great option as it sits adjacent to Terminal D. Good transition hotel in or out of San Juan but would not stay here unless I was departing very, very early or arriving very, very late. Breakfast offered was more than adequate.

Overnight for early flight

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Room was tiny and smelled like mildew or dirty rag. It was convenient for my early morning flight, great breakfast starts at 5a.m. Room was ready as soon as I got there no waiting. Right inside of airport. Wouldn't stay more than overnight.

The hotel is on the airport property.

The hotel room with queen bed was very small. The restaurant food and service was poor in quality and performance.

A perfectly acceptable place to crash!

Posted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: Convenience, cleanliness, and comfort
Cons: I don't know if there is anything that can be done cosmetically on the exterior, but it would keep it from looking so ominous.
Location: It's the airport, so for early flights, it's tremendous. It's close enough to enjoy the Isla Verde area.
After spending 14 hours in the airport on standby for a missed flight, I probably could have slept in the parking lot. But I found this property to be just fine. The front desk was so cordial and helpful, and the room, while small, was impeccably clean and the bed was firm and comfortable. Don't let the exterior, which looks like a Soviet bloc Cold War leftover, fool you. There has been some interior TLC. I wouldn't treat it as a destination stay, but for one forevermore weary traveler, it was a Godsend.

Convenient, comfortable. TV speaker broken. Breakfast was fair but I've had much better at other places.

Hotel très pratique, dans l'aéroport. Personnel très agréable et accueillant. il fait assez froid dans les couloirs mais à part ça c'est un bon hotel pour passer la nuit.

Small room for the two queen beds we had. Noisy sorroundings. Repairs done to the room seemed to be had done by non professionals. Beds were clean and front desk was promt to assist with failed coffee maker.

Nice hotel for traveling plans

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: Easy check in and out.
Location: Plenty of places to eat and excellent for an early depart.
We stayed at the hotel for late arrival and early depart. There are plenty of places to eat. They let us check in early with no issues or charges.

No bar

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Location, proximity to airline check in etc
Cons: Restaurant and availability of wine. Rooms kept too cold before arrival so in the case of a fairly late arrival not possible to warm up room.
Location: In the airport, 1 mile or so to an area with restaurant and a few shops.
Apparently liquor licence expired a month previous to my stay.mthis wasn't mentioned, not even at check in. No alcohol was available in the restaurant or in fact anywhere in the airport.
