“excellant location and service”

Perfect location to walk through Old San Juan and watch the cruise ships come in. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the concierge service found us some nice trips with transportation and friendly personnal service. Several nice restaurants within walking distance.

“Great Hotel”

Hotel is nice and clean. Good casino. Rooms are very very clean. Beautiful views. Its really nice if you want to enjoy Old San Juan. I recommend this hotel for single people, couples and families.

“Old San Juan-amazing”

From the moment we arrived, the staff that greeted us at the taxi was amazingly friendly. They took our bags to the front desk for us and oriented us toward the check-in area. At the front desk, the lady that registered our stay was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the hotel and nearby restaurants and places to see. The room was great and the AC was super cold, although after the first day, it seemed the air was more humid than cold inside the room. Not to bad, we just turned down the temperature and it was fine. My only other complaint was the hot water in the shower on the second and third day. For some reason, the water that came out the bottom into the tub was hot but when it was switched to the shower head, it was no longer hot. The burgers at the Chicago burger co were delicious but it did take a while to get them to the table. The breakfast at the other restaurant on the second floor was great and for a reasonable price you get everything from your choice of omelet to pancakes and waffles.

“Perfect Location”

If you want to see the old section of San Juan, the Sheraton is the perfect location. Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, it makes touring the old section extremely easy. The Fogata restaurant was very good with an excellent wait staff. Inviting lobby and the room was spacious and quite comfortable

“Excellent location and quality of customer service”

We stayed at this hotel after a cruise. It was a very good choice. We requested an early checkin but the rooms were not ready so our luggage was stored. The manager was able to prepare one room for us very quickly since we were traveling with a baby. The beds, the sheets...great quality! Not to mention the great smelling lotions and soaps from Bliss spa! Great hotel!

“great location”

need a hotel bar! need some live entertainment @ hotel....nearby lots of great places to eat Puerto Rican food, the staff was extremely helpful during my 3night stay and gave great directions! restaurant Chicago needs to stay open a lil later, at least till 1am...great deal for $$$...check out could be at least till 11am also
