Great place with excellent staff. Not too close, yet not too far from everything. Will stay there again.

Hotel close to cruise pier

The Hotel was in a good location and our overall experience was good. The only draw back was the overall state of the room. It was clean but it has wear and stains that require attention.

Prachtig zwembad met uitzicht

Pros: Het prachtige uitzicht vanaf de ruime ( en schone) kamer met heerlijke bedden Mooi groot zwembad met ook dit uitzicht
Cons: Doordat het zo " kaal" is, is de herrie enorm, dus iets meer aankleding misschien. Mogelijkheid tot buiten ontbijten
Location: Je hebt overal een taxi voor nodig, maar dan is het relatief overal dicht bij. Lastig te lopen door kruispunten en veel verkeer
Groot amerikaans hotel. Ongezellige hal/lounge en bar, met keiharde muziek/tv Bar in casino gezelliger. Goede ruime kamers en fijn buitenterras met zwembad. Helaas geen mogellijkheid tot buiten ontbijten.

Island getaway

We were greeted by a welcoming team at the front who were able to direct us to parking lot and brought our bags to our room. Extremely clean hotel. Extremely friendly staff. We took the advice of our parking attendant n visited the places he recommended. I was very happy I went. The pool is the best pool area I seen so far. So relaxing. Highly recommend staying here.

Not worth it

Pros: Some of the workers are very helpful and nice. Their attitudes makes the stay worth it.
Cons: Microwave & Refrigerator, prefer a refrigerator, dont let room service or front desk calls go longer than 3-5 rings
Location: You will need a rental car or taxi in this location
1st, my experience started with getting to the room that has no refrigerator or microwave. For the cost, it should at least have a refrigerator. My room didn't have towels and had to request towels. My 1st day of room service was great, but the second day was terrible, only thing the room service person did was replace the towels, and dispose some of the trash i put aside, but overall most things like, make the bed, dispose of the fruit/meat snack that was drop off the day prior that pretty much melted and was hot by the time i returned to the room was left there for another day, no vacuum. Some of the guest was great, like the personnel parking the cars and the food service delivery guys, but it takes forever for room service and front desk to pick up calls usually almost 20 rings later. The cost should be considered because the experience is very disappointing. My sister informed me while on the trip she stayed there once and it was a horrible experience and she wished she knew i was considering staying there because she would discourage me. If you want a one night experience that is hotel to the airport, this is for you. If you plan on enjoying PR for longer than a day, reconsider this location.

Hallway sounds heard

The hotel was nice but needs some improvements. Simple things like taller shower stalls and place for soap holder in shower area. Carpet was stained and bedspread was stained. Was convenient to cruise ship. Food was great in the main Resturant - Choices. Hotel staff was nice. The $16 per day parking fee for guest with rentals cars was very high. Most hotel - casinos offer free overnight parking to hotel guest. I think I will choose a different hotel next time.

Good hotel

Location: Jet ski sun bathe go to beach and drink
It was a good hotel except the room key situation. You can not go upstairs without a room key and basically every time we tried to go upstairs the key wouldn't work, frustrating.

small things can spoil a vacation

I had booked this hotel for my honeymoon and had requested for a king size bed. However i was given a room with two beds. This completely ruined the stay on what is a once in a lifetime vacation. Not suggesting this hotel or using expedia to anyone else if you cannot guarantee basic things like room bed type at the time of booking when the entire amount is already prepaid. Also found the parking staff to be very rude. After the checkout the hotel staff took my access card, which is also used to access parking facilities. Hence i was unable to get my car out of the parking and the parking lot attendant was not ready to let me out. I had to go back in to the hotel lobby again where the receptionist told me that they cannot give me my card back as i have checked out. Then finally the receptionist had to walk over to the parking lot to request the parking supervisor to let me out. This caused 30 mins of wasted time and i ran the risk of missing my flight.

February San Juan visit.

Could not log on to print my boarding passes. Wi-Fi did not work for me on my Apple, do they have it?
