Nice hotel but not much to do

Experience was okay...not really kid friendly. Would have like to be closer to the beach. Staff is very very friendly.

Ok hotel for the price

Hotel was just ok. The pool closed early and was not close to the beach. Nothing was within walking distance!

The hotel location was great!

Pros: This hotel is close to the port in case I decide to take a cruise in the future.
Cons: N/A
Location: Great location, close to the port and city area. Mostly everything was in walking distance (Beach).
I had a great experience staying at the hotel. There were a band each night and followed by a DJ.

Great stay

very good experience would recommend people to come stay...just wished they had a mini fridge and microwave

Bay view, although there were plenty of buildings

very close to cruise ships

Lovely hotel, rooms are dated but the lobby and restaurant was gorgeous. Impressive entrance and lobby. Great to be so close to the Cruise Ship.

Beautiful hotel.

Pros: The hotel itself was perfect
Cons: I have no complaints
Location: I wish I didn't have to take taxis everywhere for affordable food.
I was given a complimentary upgrade when I arrived which was amazing. Unfortunately there is no SPF high enough that could protect 2 of my kids from the burns and blisters. RE-APPLY OFTEN!!!!!

Over priced for the room

The pool was nice but other than that I would not recommend to family or close friends it was definitely not what we paid for. House keeping never changed our sheets in a week and never came to refill our soaps or shampoos. Also it is not close to any attractions within walking distance.

They ruined two honeymoons

Everything I had set up was forgotten. Even our massages were horrible. We were changed for deep Swedish and that's not what we got. Then I was told I'd have to come back for another massage therapist. Which of course I couldn't. I was in a group. The romance packages were not delivered and even after the second time waiting to speak with someone if was only half delivered. So sad we wasted our trip. Hours spent waiting and dealing with front desk. Never again.

Good one. The hotel has excellent facilities. We like that have more attractions at night. more a acsebility to the parking. For the rest is an excellent one.
