Get what you pay for

5 min walk to the beach. Near restaurants and shops. Had refrigerator and microwave. Room was barely adequate. Had to keep bathroom door closed which kept it hot and musty. Breakfast consisted of an apple and a croissant and bad coffee.

Motel direkt an der Straße

Sehr freundliches Personal! Die Motelzimmer sind nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet! Es ist sehr laut: Fenster direkt zur mehrspurigen verkehrsreichen Straße, Klimaanlage so laut wie eine Turbine!! Frühstück war ein Witz: Sogar die Milch für den Kaffee war aus!

Pros: The front desk attendant, Samuel was very helpful and polite.
Cons: Everything needs to be improved. They should try and installed an elevator, or have some one to help with the luggage.
Location: Location is a plus. Lots of restaurants, eateries and bars
The ads on the web is not what the hotel really is. I have to carry my suitcase (60 pounds) up two flies of stairs. The room was very small, dirty, the bed was ok, but the pillows weren't good at all. The bathroom shower curtain was full of mold, the shower has mold. The air conditioner was set and could not be set to refresh the room.

We are very sorry we did not met your expectations this time. The hotel has a monthly preventive and maintenance plan for every room and surroundings. To be proactive and to easily identify other areas of improvements we have a notebook at the reception to log every comment and feedback receive from the guest and from employees. We will look into this particular case and se what went wrong in our processes that allowed such experience on your side and I would like to add that the hotel does not sets the a/c to a specific temperature so we will also pay attention to this, in fact, it was already discussed with our staff.
