Todo estuvo. Bien solo que un wifi lentísimo. Ala playa le ace falta un poco de mantenimiento. Y tiene algunas rocas

Great location but "weird"

Pros: Pools, the staff, the beach. The price was also very reasonable.
Cons: Fix the smell. Don't require an "exit pass" to leave. That should be illegal.
Location: Great surfing and excursions in the area. Try to visit the islands for snorkeling if you have time.
The location is perfect. The beach has a surf spot, snorkeling, and swimming right in front. The service is very good, the staff very helpful. You can use paddleboards and equipment right from the beach shack. The pools are also wonderful. Bad? There seems to be a sewage problem. People on the beach were talking about how the resort does not care for their sewage correctly. There was a terrible smell outside our room and it smelled just like sewage was sitting in the canyon behind our room. So we just kept the door closed and the air on full blast. Also, the lights in the room went out about 15 minutes before checkout. Just our room. So we could not find stuff that was lying around as we packed. The light in the bathroom literally came out of the wall. For a "Junior Suite" it left a lot to be desired. Lastly, for some reason, if you prepay your room (like we did with Expedia) they don't take your credit card when you check in. For extras. So when you leave you need to first go to the desk and get an "exit pass" or they will not let you leave the resort. We tried to just leave because we did not have any extra charges to deal with. But they literally forbade us to leave. Like we were prisoners! It felt very unprofessional and avoidable if they just take a credit card when you check in. That way any charges you forget about can be billed to that card no matter if you get your "exit pass". Go for the beach.. nothing more.

La combinación de las instalaciones con la naturaleza del lugar es inmejorable, cuentan con una piscina en el mar fabulosa y la comida en general excelente, trato siempre cordial, la única queja es el aire acondicionado en el cuarto que estuvo fallando

Pros: Waiters at the restaurants were really solid, and the service staff in general was pretty good
I spent 3 days to go surfing from this destination. I figured I can cut the hassles of finding food by staying here. As with any all inclusive, you will get tired of the food. It is pretty standard fare, and by the end of it, you will push back on that plate of nachos. The place overall is crowded and has a lot of action, so don't come here if you want peace and quiet. The main pool is a children's aquatic center and the adult pool is a bit smaller, but full of people who are trying to take down Modelos as if it was going out of style. They have shows at night and a zoo to walk through (I saw an ostrich). That said, it is load, full of people trying to squeeze every last drop of the "all-inclusive". The hotel rooms are fairly standard (the bathrooms looked promising, but my toilet wasn't as clean as I would have hoped). The beach view is at an angle and is pretty small balcony. That said, nothing really wrong with the rooms. It is a bit of a hike to get into Punta Mita (120 Pesos / 10 minutes), but if you are just hanging around at the hotel, its not a problem. All in all, not my cup of tea, but I already had low expectations which is met or slightly exceeded by its attentive hotel staff

Cons: The frontline staff in reception, the rest of the staff was great and just having more ocean view rooms available that are non smoking

Good overall experience. We booked and were confirmed an ocean view room on expedia. When we got to the our room it was a garden view. We explained to Patricia the reception supervisor and she stated that the only way to get this room was is we wanted to pay extra. We explained that we got a confirmation and then she said there was none available. We insisted and finally had our room changed to a very nice room, after this any time we came up to the counter Patricia, the supervisor would walk away or pass us over to someone else to talk to. We also had a person working on our balcony without warning on our final day. About the only real negative was Patricia

nice resort but....

Pros: pretty resort, nice foliage. nice pools, also an adults only pool which gives the option of getting away from the kids activities and associated noise
Cons: phone numbers and restaurant info needs to be posted in the rooms.
Location: too far from puerto vallarta
did not get the room we reserved and paid for, a LOT of walking,inclines, and steps. no elevators. only way to find out which restaurants are open on which nights is to walk out to the conceirge desk, phone extensions are not posted in the rooms. also the website does not tell you that men need to have long pants for some of the restaurants. also, it is not well communicated that some events, i.e. the bbq on the beach needs reservations which also have to be made in the lobby early the morning of the event. i'm all for recycling and conservation but the key card system that controls the lights and air is to be removed each time you leave the room (its also your room key). they do spot checks and if they find you have left one card in the system while not there they take the card. air takes a while to catch up and towels, swim suits don't ever dry out.
