Doesnt look like a holiday inn hotel

The hotel it self is in bad shape I stay on the 8th floor , the bathroom got some leaks. I call the front desk many times and they took a while to answear

Bad WIFI/ internet

Its free thw internet but ur thing doesnt work Take hours to upload a simple picture And the hotel need more work in n outside

Hotel seems to be very old

Hotel Location was awesome. The reception area was good. The break fast was excellent. They had wide varieties of foods. But the rooms seem to be very very old, cleanliness inside the room is just okay. Could have been a lot better. Hotel seemed very old. The view from the hotel was pretty great.

Dirty, unkept, unfriendly hotel

Pros: Nothing
Cons: New paint, maintenance specially TV and air conditioning. Staff treats persons in a suspicious and unfriendly way.
The hotel staff was unhelpful, and unfriendly. The hotel is unkept and in deteriorating condition. TV and temperature control did not work. They make you wear different color wristbands depending on the type of reservation you made. Ie. breakfast included, no meals, etc. Made me feel like Auschwitz and not a hotel. I would definitely not recommend.

I called for the front desk twice, no answer. I needed new floor towel b/c my daughter had an accident and they gave me the same one. Upon arriving they had to put a wrist band on you hand for so called security. The staff inexperienced

Holiday Inn PV

The hotel could use some updating. We chose this hotel because it is located right beside our parent's condo complex. I would not return to this hotel if I had to eat there, use the pool or anything other than sleep. Nothing really wrong with hotel, just not our usual type of place we would chose to stay at. But for what we paid I cannot really complain. Our room was made up everyday almost as soon as we left which was really nice.

Pros: Concierge very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to help with any arrangements.
Great location of facility. Offers choice of rooms or condos. Only had breakfasts at the buffet restaurant but food was adequate. Rooms and area around pool are kept very clean.
