Holiday Inn Puerto Vallarta

Rooms were clean. Free wifi. Beach access. Pool was crowded at times. Not much shade around pool. Fan was noisy in room.

My husband and I had a great time staying in this hotel. It was nice, clean, comfortable bed, and a great view of the ocean. The beach in front of the hotel is one of the nicest in Puerta Vallarta! Staff were nice and very helpful.

3 light bulbs were out, one lamp broke, air conditioning never got room below 73F. Had to replace frig because one didn't work at all. Second barely cool. Will never stay here again! Check out staff at front desk were very rude.

My stay was very comfortable, had a great view from my room. Housekeeping was great, very clean rooms. Staff attentive and friendly. Food was mediocre, however the a la carte Italian restaurant was exceptional, and the service exceptional. I would stay there again. Have to say though that the alcoholic drinks are terrible, very low quality. (Wish the patrons would not blame the bartenders as it is not their service, but the quality of the alcohol.......very poor, they should upgrade.) I do not need a lot of alcohol, however, do enjoy a drink and actually went off the grounds to have a drink. Other than that, very nice place to stay.

A bit dated in need for renovation but overall ok. The Holiday Inn Staff were very friendly and helpful and most attentive to the needs of the guests.

It was just good, nice hotel but never got info regarding activities at the hotel it was more like resort members oriented.

Everything was okay, but the people working in the lobby couldn't/ didn't take phone messages and relay them to us.

The place is real nice we had a good time there was no delays
