Stay was great. Hotel staff was fantastic.Posted Apr 17, 2014
Pros: clean, and great staff
Location: It is close to Nuevo Vallarta, and Puerto Vallarta ports. So a lot of activities can be done on water. You can go dive, drive banana boat, go fishing
Staff in the hotel was great out of this world. Very nice and realistic people. Generally hotel was spotless, no problem with any requests. Only thing which should be updated are beds in the rooms. Too hard. We got foam pads, and they helped a little.

Bad hotel, lots of drunksPosted Apr 3, 2014
We were only there one night. An all-inclusive where all your liquor was included free, it was full of drunks. Not very clean, uncomfortable beds. We ate there cause too tired from traveling to go out. Food was so bland it was tasteless. I guess if your drunk you don't care. We were not drunk, and it was VERY disappointing!!!

Nice hotel close to the beachPosted Mar 23, 2014
Pros: the bar, the location.
Cons: I wish there were more spring breakers
I went with a group of friends on spring break. There were about half students and have college spring breakers, we had fun but wish there were a little more college students.

There were no college girls there after student city said it was their headquarters and student city also was not there at all. The service men at the lobby were sub par and would not bend to make my experience more enjoyable and had attitude when asking about recommendations for restaurants. Also did not mention a coupon i was given was not valid for the restaurant si senior location i was at but for a diff location bot on boardwalk i went to. I also was not allowed to leave the hotel without handing the bell boy a checkout slip after I already checked out an had my wristband cut, which is a complete violation of rights.

Great BeachPosted Mar 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great beach, friendly staff, good location. Short bus ride to downtown, just 7.5 pesos. Lots of buses, one right after the other. I would stay there again.

Great on ocean locationPosted Feb 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
Would have liked a better orientation to the all-inclusive services. Remote for tv didn't work, someone entered my room late at night to fix the lock on the door between rooms without alerting me. Pools were kept at a temp that was a little cool. Railings to enter the pools were poorly designed for senior citizens.

Beautiful views of the ocean.Posted Feb 14, 2014
Pros: The workers are all very nice and work very hard.
Cons: The rooms definitely could use a little updating. A mini fridge would be great.
Location: the location is good. Close to downtown. Buses right at the corner. Taxis at the front entrance.
Very nice views of the ocean, but lacks on other things.
