Ohtli Spa, a 21,000-square-foot facility, features treatment areas, including suites, lounges, a freeform pool, and a beauty salon, where facials, massages, and body treatments are offered. A spa boutique selling high-end spa products, and a modern gym with fitness classes, cardiovascular and weight training equipment, and a pool are also located within Ohtli Spa.

An irregularly shaped pool measuring approximately 61 x 30.5 meters (200 x 100 feet) includes a swim-up bar, rock garden island, and sunset-view infinity edge. A walled compound contains a sand playground, a children's clubhouse, and a 9-meter-long (30-feet) freeform toddlers' pool. The resort's 200-meter (219-yard) beach frontage is furnished with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Access to the fitness area, with cardio and weight equipment, is complimentary; a daily US$15 fee per person applies to wet areas, including sauna and steam rooms (fee subject to change).

A water-sports desk rents boogie boards, pedal boats, and AquaTrikes. Independent operators offer scuba-diving instruction/excursions and offer rentals/services for personal watercraft, banana boating, and parasailing.
