Paula and Raul at the front desk were great! Very friendly and courteous! You've got to see Hector at the Tour Desk. He's great and will tell you all about how to get around town. The wait staff and servers in the Buffet restaurant were excellent.

there is nothing more i could ask for to make a more pleasant vacation. the staff is the best anywhere, the drinks and food are wonderful. the size of the resort is perfect. the comfort in our room was amazing. the beach and facilities on the beach were perfect in condition and numbers. the weather in puerto vallarta is amazing. overall our stay was great, and would recomend to anyone.

My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The dining choices were excellent. From a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner at the buffet where the choices varied through the week, but all were good. To a more formal dinner experience at the Italian or Mexican restaurant, where the food was more upscale, but not too formal. Overall, a great experience and would go back again.

“Amazing Stay!!!”

Just returned last night from our one week stay at this fantastic resort and cannot stop raving about it! From checking to checking out, the service was outstanding. Although this is a smaller hotel than what we are used to staying at in Mexico, it has all the personality and services of a four star resort! The rooms are large, include a private bath and are decorated with a modern flare. Although there are no balconies in the majority of the rooms, the ocean view large bay windows are breathtaking to wake up to in the morning. There are three main dining areas in the resort. The first is the buffet which has a gorgeous outdoor seating area. There is a variety of foods offered here sure to satisfy anyone. The staff is very attentive and friendly. There is also Al a Carte restaurant dining options depending on how many nights you stay at the resort. The beach was massive; the sand was powder soft and golden. The waters were a dark green but so gentle and luke warm. In fact the waves are so gentle that many people let their small children play in and near the ocean! There were miles and miles of sand to walk on and we never once felt threatened.

The hotel was very nice, the staff was very good, the food was great, the pool area was very good and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice vacation, staff friendly and the royal club was worth the little extra. We avoided time share pressure. Excellent service at royal club restaurant. Beautiful beach.
