I didn’t know how I was going to last two weeks without meat we fly out at 730 we had to check out at 11 am there for we couldn’t eat on the resort unless we paid for the didn’t Expedia they said if we would’ve flew Sunwing or West, jet we could stay in ate

The room we were given was good on the inside but the view was no good.....had no balcony which I did not like also we were woken up early in the morning as we were just above the service entrance.We asked for a new room which we got the next day.. Also when it came to check out are flight was not till early evening and they would not let us keep our bands on....as we talked to other people the day before and they were aloud to keep theres on..So why let some and not others....it should not matter who you fly with or who you booked through..... I will say most of the staff were awsome....

This hotel is very outdated. The food selection was poor and places to sit around the pool were always taken by stuff … not people. The staff was very nice. I have no complaints with them. They were always happy and helpful. We didn’t have hot water for 2 days which makes me uneasy with how the staff were able to clean things properly, wash hands , dishes etc.

I really liked the rooftop bar. The service in the dining area and around the pool area was great. The food was ok but not alot of options. The rooms were old. But ok. I did almost break my toe on a door stop screwed to the floor right in front of the toilet. Room 1237. My toe was black for 3 days.

Property needs update and maintenance. Hallway and stairwells not cleaned often. Mold in Bathrooms. Piping and plumbing fixtures need replacing. Buffet meal always have something you can find you might like. However it is very Mexican. Staff are great. Smaller size resort which i prefer. Would stay here again

Pablo in the buffet restaurant was personable, informative and attentive. He was a great server. The breakfast omelette chef was fantastic and a delight to see in the morning. She was super friendly and smiley. The women on the front desk were unwelcoming and unfriendly. They didn’t ask how our stay was or thank us for staying with the hotel upon check out. There was one late night gentleman on the front desk who was welcoming and pleasant. The room was relatively clean; however, the phone did not work and the bellman who identified it said it would be fixed and it never was. The connecting door to the next room was very thin and had a large gap under it. We could clearly hear the people in the next room. On March 1st, we had our privacy sign up; however, someone removed it and they knocked on the door to do inventory. We identified the broken phone, but he didn’t seem to care. We requested a new privacy sign which he provided; however, it was missing when we came back later the same day. Having worked in hotels for over 10 years, I understand the challenges of running a hotel. In general, the hotel was ok and we would stay there again.

Great spot. Good to really good entertainment and food for the kids. Buffet can get busy and loud at peak times. Only one main pool to enjoy with your family. The staff is amazing and very nice. This resort is close to other places and activities around PV.

This is a moderately priced hotel that offers good options for dining, drinks, and entertainment. For a few hundred more you can elevate your experience. If you’re not the “particular” kind, this is a good inexpensive option.

Did not get what we paid for (paid for 3 king rooms). We were given double rooms and they kept telling us to check out and check back in the next day and there was never rooms for us. Some staff were awesome. The reception and cleaning staff not very good. The food was very repetitive and everything tasted the same. Will not stay here again

The restaurant was excellent, they always had a variety of food to choose from. The staff were friendly. The room had a very strong mildew odor, like wet cement, a health concern for someone with asthma. The open bar was great. The only problem is that there was not enough lonche chairs to accommodate all the tourists. People would set up the towels at 6:30 am to save a spot.

A step above most other Mexican all-inclusives. The buffet was the usual fare, and the “up scale a la carte” restaurant was actually bad. But the pool was warm amd the ocean and beach were great. Be up before 7 is you want a cabana and before 8 if you want a pool chair. But the kids club was great and the entertainment daytime staff super helpful. The nighttime entertainment is poor and LOUD!!! If you have kids, they won’t be able to sleep until 10pm. But the location is good and you can see the ocean and chose whether or not to engage with the beach hawkers. There are shops over the road for floaties, sunglasses. Anything you forgot.

I was a bit surprise by the room. It was not as modern as pictured. No fridge, air conditioning blasting, coffee machine broken. We tried to have those fixed with no succès and zero apologies. Buffet really minimal and if you miss it you have to wait for the next service. Room service is with charge. Extremely noisy room with two communicating room. Will literally ear the conversation in the other room.

Was nervous about my stay at this hotel, as I read some bad reviews. But, i was very impressed, from check in to check out. The staff was all amazing, all so friendly and always there to answer your questions or give directions. I was going to single out some of the staff that went over and above, but too many to mention. The only negative thing I can say, it would be nice if there was more variety at the buffet. I will definitely be going back.

Excellent resort. You will be happy you stayed here or you book early enough for a good price. The ocean is too strong for anyone but good swimmers to go in the water here though. Nobody really goes in for that reason so that's a big negative. The daily evening shows are excellent and memorable. The Aztec/Mayan show was the best. It was so good. Some easy things the hotel can do to make it a much better experience is better communication. For instance, the signage says there's all night snacks until 7am but it's actually only until 1am. It's fine if that's the case but update the signage. Also, improve the room service communication. The front desk did not seem to know how it actually worked regarding price, hours, or where to see the menu. Eventually found the link but the room service menu wasn't working. Just little things like that. Honestly, it's mostly the front desk communication that needed to be improved. Might have been only this one lady that didn't know anything and eventually she was on nights instead of days (maybe for that reason?) Overall, excellent resort for our price we booked it at, buffet was great, all the servers were amazing. Rooftop lounge was amazing. It was a very excellent experience. The ocean experience was a real negative but if you're a good swimmer or dont mind walking much further down the beach than it's fine. My wife and I had a wonderful time!!

If the room we were assigned was on the new side of the hotel I’m sure we would have had a much better stay but we got a room on the old side. There wasn’t even a mini fridge in our room and the foyer light was broken. The breaker blew twice while I was drying my hair (the AC, bathroom fan and hairdryer was too much for the electrical). Our view was of a neighbouring building being constructed and old junk being kept beside the small gardens outside the rooms beneath us. There is only one buffet restaurant to eat at and the “a la carte” restaurant had good food but was almost too loud to hold a conversation. The bar, waiters and restaurant staff were very friendly but the reception staff were not. No instructions on wifi connection, which doeant even work in your room, or how to get to our rooms and when asked to leave our bracelets on for an extra two hrs after checkout until we needed to head to the airport, they held our passports hostage and only allowed us to stay one extra hr, but would not allow us to keep our rooms for any extra time. Beach was very nice and the resort was not busy until the last couple days so no competition for chairs on the beach. Overall, you get what you pay for I guess but I will definitely NOT be staying at this resort ever again. Also it’s too far to walk for our young son to the old town so the extra expense of cab or Uber is something to take into consideration as well.

This all inclusive resort has a lot to offer families looking to just relax in the sun by the pool or ocean. Games, good food, beautiful rooftop bar, etc. But you'll need to uber/taxi to other tourist destinations. We were quite comfortable in a 2-bedroom suite for 5 days with our family of 4.

We got locked out of our room door on two different occasions, two days in a row. We went down to reception and the manager excused herself saying that she had to run to the next door property to help check in of a big group and she didn’t take care of our issue as we were locked out. The first time 30 mins and second time 40 mins. The maintenance took their sweet time and couldn’t figure it out. Another person simply couldn’t recode the door programming and we had to go down multiple times to ask them what was going on. They reprogrammed our card keys and finally after this all the third day, the door worked. Huge issue with having us wait outside our room door. The manager Paulina knew our issue and claimed that she had no idea. She did not even allow us to check out at 1pm, when we were asking to do late checkout she simply argues with me stating that she needs the room, so, I had to ask for 12pm. She says sorry, but never took our issue seriously and helped us at all. The second day I had to speak to another manager Efrain who helped us, offered us to changed rooms however the fact that we were left out twice for more than an hour already made us upset. The bathtub is all cracked and dirty. The air conditioning works ok, stayed cool. If you need or want WIFI, there is NO WIFI at all in the rooms. You have to go to lobby or pool area to get any connection. We kept on getting kicked out of the wifi and had to reconnect dozens of times. OLD HOTEL! LOTS OF COCKROACHES!

The staff at the pool and breakfast restaurant was incredible. Very friendly and always there even before you needed them. The front desk’s personnel was terrible. Rude and not helpful at all. I had to stand behind one individual who was checking in for over 20 minutes just to have them cut my bracelet off which took 2 seconds, almost missing my ride to the airport. The pillows on the bed were like bricks and half the time didn’t have hot water for showers. I would not go back.

This hotel is good value if you are looking for a quiet all-inclusive relaxing holiday. For me it wasn’t the right hotel because of its location away from the town but if you aren’t primarily bothered about that it’s a good cheap all-inclusive holiday destination. The hotel itself is a little run-down but the room I was given was huge with all modcons, there’s an Oxxo and supermarket within walking distance and the hotel buffet were pretty good.

Not overly impressed.
I arrived to check in with a “valid” driver’s licence, and was denied check in without my passport. I had to take a taxi back to my residence, and back to the hotel again with my passport to check in. 1 hour lost on my all inclusive. When I did get into my room, it was a nice room, clean, for the exception of the bed sheets were not fresh. They had a sour smell to them that smelled all night.
