This was a last minute stay because we missed our flight and had to stay a couple of nights and WOW!! Beautiful place to stay, friendly staff and the grounds are beautifully well kept,we will definitely spend our next stay here.

Love it! Beautiful grounds and pool. Everything taken care of very well. Have stayed here 6-7 times and keep returning because of the friendly staff and quiet atmosphere.

Not very pet friendly
For a "pet friendly" hotel this place is not very pet friendly. No dogs allowed in the pool area, even on leash. What are you supposed to do with your dog if you want to use the pool? Room was also very in need of a remodel.

The pool was closed due construction but a new pool will be available soon. Live loud band playing outside on a Tuesday night.

Just stayed for a night before heading to La Penita, only picked this place because it’s dog friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy, no coffee available in the morning had to walk about 4 blocks to an Oxxo. It looks like it once was a nice hotel and probably will be again as they seem to be upgrading the pool and rooms. In the day there’s a food court next door, and apparently the hotel restaurant does open at some point but not for early coffee. We will stay on our return, so now we know what to expect!

The staff were friendly but the room was very basic for the price. Air conditioner didn’t work properly, wifi wasn’t working, pool was under construction, restaurant only available until 2pm, no ice machine in the hotel or fridge in the room, no cups in the room, no face cloths or hand towels.

They were unable to give me a refund after finding a massive roach in a dirty room. They tried to tell me I can upgrade but I would have to pay more! Terrible experience! I took a loss and left. Do not stay here!

The outside property was beautiful. Pool area was very clean. But water was very cold. Inside our room was very dated, no blow dryer, no safe, no fridge, no pool towels, no ice makers, no ice period! The resturaunt food was very good, but service was very slow.

Stayed 2 wks. The pool and the size of our room was great. Security gate was a pleasant surprise. The location suited our needs as we like to walk but no elevators and not being close to downtown may not work for some. They allow dogs but we never noticed an issue or problem. Soriana grocery mall is a 5 min walk and has everything you'll need as there is no pool side bar. Buy a rotisserie chicken along the mall and get a pedicure at Cece's.

The place is beautiful, well kept Front desk lady was so not nice. I booked online for 2 double beds, went to the room, only one kingsize bed ! Went back to the reception desk, told them the room was not correct, plus the smell in the room was horrific..the front desk said it was just fumigated..Not cool Then the lady said..oh well u could find another hotel

This is an old style condo complex doing mainly short term rentals now. I have been staying here for a day or two at a time for years. They have put a lot of effort into bringing the maintenance up to date. From what I can tell it caters to an older crowd or young family’s It’s not a happening place which in my opinion is a plus.

Puerto de Luna suited our needs . It has a resort feel but it’s definitely not a resort. The pool was great and all staff very friendly. Room could use some updating but didn’t spend much time in the room so realistically it was a great place to stay. Close to the airport was a bonus too

The hotel is incredibly basic. I would only stay here as a last resort or if you’re looking for an economical option. The amenities listed are not accurate at all. I booked for four adults and paid the additional fee to have 4 people. The 2 single beds in our room were not made up for us, and when we asked for bedding they did not have enough and told us the cleaners would bring blankets tomorrow (we’re only here for 1 night). The bathroom is dirty and the wifi doesn’t work. It’s fine for one night but I would not book a stay for any longer.

The hotel is ok, we liked the fact it is pet friendly, even though we were not traveling with pets this time. However, the hotel did not honor booking benefits. For example, they only provided free breakfast for adults, but we had to pay for children's breakfast, and we had a two-hour late check out "guaranteed" that wasn't honored either.
