Perfect location . Excellent service. Great foodPosted May 23, 2015
Arriving at the resort and discovering the wifi costs per device policy was off putting. However it worked perfectly everywhere on the resort including the beach. The employee's were ALL very friendly and helpful. The entertainment, activities, and availability of tours in the lobby also contributed to a great first time in PV for my daughter and I.

Great location and well maintainedPosted May 8, 2015
Pros: The location and the reasonable price. we stayed in a one bedroom which had plenty of room and seating.
Cons: The only problem is that though the palm trees enhance the appearance, they also deny the majority of the rooms from having any kind of ocean view.
Location: Right on the beach and down town was very close by with many restaurants and clubs
Other than the time share push, everything was very nice. Located right on the beach and a fifty cent bus ride or four dollar cab ride to town. Activities at night were good. Just beware the time share lurkers.

Nice Hotel close to the beachPosted Mar 23, 2015
Check In was swift and courteous. The rooms are very clean. Found the beds comfortable. Staff is very helpful. As an experienced traveler, I avoided the Time Share trap by courteously but firmly declining any invitation. The Gym is more than adequate for a good workout. Like the pool set up running down the center of the complex. Convenience Store connected to the Hotel is right next door. Easy access to the bus. The bus system is great. Downtown in 10 minutes. There is a shopping center across the street. Very satisfied . Would go back.

Nice Hotel close to the beachPosted Mar 10, 2015
It was good hotel and friendly staff, I prefer open Bar as all inclusive, in this hotel you have to order your lunch and dinner all the time. nice beach, not that much activities, Average age of guests about sixty

close to beach,we faced st. (not pools) or beach.Posted Mar 5, 2015
Pros: see above.close approximation to shopping, dining and entertainment. lovely rooms, kitchenette, spacious. Beds a little harder than I'm used to,but ok.
Cons: see above...The Italian restaurant was lovely and breakfast bar was good. The prime rib was very good.Maybe add a casino night? missed the opera night.
Location: wonderful beach! between Marina and the Malecon..easy walking, bus or cab. adequate food, shopping and entertainment.
near the entrance,we could watch the sunrise. We had a terrible coffee maker(and asked to have it replaced/which did NOT happen(very very loud).Rooms very clean with ample amenities/except there should be coffee packets DAILY/ not just the first day.Commissary was close. Wait staff extremely accomodating and a happy people. Ya gotta get rid of the guy who rolls the cigars! HE is not a happy person! Internet fees-too high...The pools(three) were very nice and lots of activities available. and of course the beach was awesome/one of the best we've been on on the Pacific side of Mexico. Vendors were kind and not too pushy and staff on the beach were wonderful/exceptional! The cleaning ladies were kind and got things,if we needed and the gardeners were quiet and pleasant.Concigere's very good(however...one gal didnt know that they don't run the trolley down by the malecon anymore.

Great hotelPosted Mar 4, 2015
Pros: The friends I've made.
Cons: WiFi is very bad & only members get it for free, guests have to pay. not enough chairs people getting up at 6 to get a chair at the pool or beach.
Location: Great location
We had a very poor check in but that is usual for this hotel, never actually get what you book. Check in staff was not very accommodating not the front desk but the front desk management staff, very rude. Getting up at 6 to get a chair at the pools is ridiculous your on holidays. They need to purchase more chairs & umbrellas. Other then check in hotel is great, staff (bellboys, maids, waiters) are great. If it wasn't for the great friends we have made at this hotel over the years I would probably not stay here, unless I was an owner as they are who they cater to.
