La Trattoria - Sitting right on the oceanfront and providing a romantic candlelight dinner atmosphere, this open-air restaurant serves traditional and contemporary Italian specialties, prepared with Mediterranean flavors and a lot of “l´amore per la cucina Italiana,” offering also an excellent wine selection.

Pizza Bar - Tucked amid lush tropical gardens, this casual eatery tempts with the aroma of gourmet pizzas baking in a traditional wood-burning oven. After cooling off in the pool, guests enjoy tropical ocean breezes under the shade of market umbrellas while gazing out at Flamingos Beach.

A heated, 2-level, freeform pool containing waterfalls, shelves for lounge chairs, and a children's section measures approximately 90 by 50 yards (82 by 45.75 meters). The resort's 219-yard (200-meter) section of a mile-long beach continues along Banderas Bay's north shore and features an offshore trampoline raft. Umbrellas offer beach shade, and hammocks shaded by palm trees provide snoozing relaxation. After dark, a firepit illuminates a half-moon spa tub accommodating 30 guests.

For surcharges, independent operators offer horseback riding, personal watercraft, and parasailing on the beach, and the resort's water-sports concession rents boogie boards, snorkeling gear, kayaks, and windsurfers and offers snorkeling and windsurfing lessons for surcharges. On request, a scuba-diving instructor comes to the resort to provide instruction in the pool (surcharges).
