End of the road, either lots of walking or taxi'sPosted Sep 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was very quiet as low season had started so this was great! High season would be loud , I enjoyed the absence of people & would not be there in high season, Restaurant closed at 7:00 pm daily & did not open1 day & from what we were told these are the hours all season, staff was very nice except with 1 kitchen waiter who let us know he was charging us more than what the prices were on the menu as the new menu's were not here yet & this was told to us after we ate our breakfast. We complained & were told that our money was basically stolen but nothing was done about it , Needless to say we were shocked! One of the washrooms in our spacious suite had serious problems & smelt like death warmed over, maintenance came & fixed the problem right away, My wife has informed me we will not be staying there again.

Super amplias villasPosted Aug 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
Lo que mas me gusto fue el tamaño de las villas. 3 baños. 2 recamaras. Cocina. Sala. Comedor. Terraza. Perfecto para una estancia larga.

Older hotel but still a nice place to stayPosted Jul 6, 2014
Being an older hotel it still was a very nice place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we never really had any issues. We were traveling with a 14yr old and an 18 month old with no issues about walking outside the resort always felt safe. We were there in a very quiet period right before the busy summer season as was evident as at times there was only 2 or 3 suites rented while we were there but the staff were very busy readying the resort as they said they were very busy in the coming week. The beach was nice right off the pool but swimming was a little challenging as the beach front was not really maintained until our last few days but the pool was always clean and nice. Close walk to many restaurants and a short taxi ride to the mega shopping store which has everything you would need. The only downside was the restaurant closed at 7 pm so early dining was a must if you stayed on the resort and did not want to cook.

Nice place in the low season. Views are amazing. Food service isn't the greatest but could have something to do with it being low tourist time. Overall pleased with our stay. Very relaxing.

Very friendly hotel close to a quiet beach.Posted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: The large accomodation, especially the private balcony. Lovely pool. The staff are very helpful.
Cons: Definitely needs some minor updates. Hot water heaters shut off frequently, curtains have holes in the fabric. Some improvements have been made.
Location: Downtown bucerius is a lovely, quaint old mexican town within a short walk. Lots of shopping and exceptional restaurants. Felt very safe.
Old mexican charm! Huge suite, providing lots of space for family or a group. People have been going back to this hotel year after year and they and the staff have become family, and that is what makes this a welcoming, friendly hotel. I think that the hotel caters more to the mid to older people so might not be the best hotel for the young crowd.

Cons: We didn't have hot water on the last morning of our stay and the bar was out of coconuts...
Location: Lots to see, the sunday market and the daily one on the beach; good bus service to any surrounding cities; lots of good restaurants.
Very nice to be on the beach, nice and clean pool; staff very pleasant and polite; very confortable room and gorgeous weather
