Excellent value

Posted May 25, 2015
Pros: two nights were about the same price as one night at a fancier hotel. Excellent value for the service.
Cons: Its appeal is in its economy. Minimalism works as long as it remains clean, comfortable, and friendly.
Location: Close to campus, close to downtown, close to the mall. Make sure you check out the Farmer's Market!
Simple, basic & clean. Mini-fridge and microwave were nice touches. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, not paying for stuff I'm not going to use: what more could you ask?

College Grauation stay

Posted May 11, 2015
Between Pullman & Moscow the rooms were limited, Idaho inn had the only rooms within a 10 mile radius. The rooms need to be updated, we had very little contact with any of the staff other than checking in. Rooms are comfortable and roomy.

Hotel looked deserted.

Posted Mar 18, 2015
Cons: Put a sign on door for office check in. update the rooms. Bigger area for breakfast.
When I drove by there were only 2 cars in parking lot, looked like hotel was deserted. Only a couple people on staff. Was not sure about security at night since I traveled alone. Hard to tell where office is to check in. Room needs update. The counter in bathroom came to my knees.

Great stay for the price

Posted Jan 8, 2015
This is definitely an older hotel a little past it's prime but I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to a friend. The staff have been super helpful and very friendly, even checking in at 11 pm. The rooms are comfy with two electric burners, kitchen sink, good sized mini fridge, and microwave. There's also a ton of cabinet space! No dishes provided though. The location is also convenient to both campus and downtown.

This is a older hotel

Posted Dec 15, 2014
We were lucky to get this room (it was WSU grad weekend i booked 3 months ahead of time). Older but not bad. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, carpets looked to be newer as well as the television. Only disappointment was the noise from the room above us and the hair dryer didn't work. I would stay again it was a decent room not fancy but clean!

Adequate

Posted Dec 14, 2014
Pros: proximity to WSU.
Cons: new mattress, fix leaky sink.
Location: Very close to Uof I and close to WSU.
Older hotel, but fresh paint and clean. Lots of cupboard space and a nice kichenette if you were to have a long stay (2 burner stove top, fridge, microwave), but no dishes. Sink dripped and mattress was soft, side chairs were stained. Breakfast was cold cereal, toast and fruit. Adequate for the one night we needed to stay. Staff was friendly and professional.
