Friendly staffPosted Jan 19, 2014
The staff were very friendly and helpful! The shuttle transported us to the university and back. The hot tub and sauna were perfect with the cool weather. All the staff were very generous and kind. I would definitely stay here again it was a great experience!

The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were tiny and mushy. Glad we brought our own pillows. Too bad we couldn't bring our own mattress

Nice motel close to campusPosted Nov 17, 2013
One night stay. Room was clean and warm inspite of snowy conditions outside. Nice to have outlets easily accessible for recharging phones, laptops, etc. Breakfast was nice selection for free.

Business trip, but very relaxingPosted Nov 16, 2013
Pros: The staff, the room, location and amneties.
Cons: Need plug ins by both beds for cell phone alarms, etc.
Location: Very near to airport and town. Beautiful rural scenery.
I arrived late and the staff was wonderful - offered fresh cookies and milk and advised of pool/hot tub hours as well as breakfast time. Large clean room with everything needed. I would stay here again if in the area.

Extremely Polite StaffPosted Oct 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
For my quick business overnight to Pullman, Quality Inn was great! Breakfast was ready super early so i didnt gave to leave for food in the morning. It was across the street from a nice gas station for a quick fill in the morning, what felt like seconds from WSU, and really easy to find! Aside from this, the staff were so polite, in a very genuine way. If I need to be in Pullman again, I'll definitely return to this hotel!

Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable roomPosted Oct 3, 2013
Pros: The staff and the breakfast
Cons: For what you pay, you get more than expected. Other than that, perhaps update the style.
Location: I really enjoyed going to Maialina in Moscow for dinner- delicious!
The staff was willing to go above and beyond for me- my luggage almost went onto the next town and they offered to drive me there! They also assisted me with their courtesy shuttle outside of the scope of its normal hours, and remembered me by name whenever I stopped by the front desk for service. The décor was somewhat dated, but everything was very clean and comfortable.

Comfortable stayPosted Sep 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was quiet clean and comfortable. The breakfast is as good as you can expect for a free buffet. A little pricey for such a small town but not much to choose from. Would stay here again.
