We booked the place for 9 days and had to ask 5 times to get a refrigerator that is so basic. The first four requests were ignored because there was a wedding they were busy with and we were polite in our requests. We finally got it when we yelled. That works here! Basically, to service the wedding folks, they removed stuff from our room, including the safe.

I have stayed multiple times at the property and had a positive experience. The staff is helpful and responsive. The property is clean and located in a center location near Railway station and city center. However, this time we felt the quality was a bit low. The rooms were equipped with toiletries for 1 person for room booked for 2 people. The inroom dining options need a lot of improvement, the options are less, quality of food is bad - we ordered dosa and got watery sambar with it.

Smelly and dirty, I do not recommend this hotel.
The hotel was dirty and stinky, there was a cockroaches in the menu card that was given to us. We were a family of 4 and did not enjoy our stay due to smell and hygiene issues.

Was lucky enough to get an upgrade, however the property itself isn’t in great shape. The rooms in particular are beginning to show a lot of rough edge and is not the quality you would expect for a Crowne property.

TERRIBLE HOTEL- UNTRAINED STAFF- no towels in the room which took 2 hours to get after checking in. Dust and dirt everywhere. Staff was rude and disrespectful throughout. Took me threatening the hotel to get any help. DO NOT STAY HERE! It is far from a 4-5 star hotel. Breakfast Buffet was worse than a motel breakfast, just terrible. NEVER AGAIN

Sadly Maintained hotel in Pune city center.
The hotel was in the city center but the food was horrible. There were cockroaches all over the restaurant. Walking over serving trays. I pointed it out several times but no one took cognizance of that fact. My room side table was simply painted with oil paint. The paint was so bad that when I made a cup of tea for myself, and kept the cup on the side table, it got stuck because the paint melted. The hotel lacks hospitality. I would never stay there again. It was not to the level of a Crowne Plaza chain of hotels.

we had family stay for two nights / 2 rooms , package incl. of BF and Dinner. Every thing was perfect. Value for money. Both front office and restaurant staff was very pleasant and cheerful . Spread was quite large and had verity in Veg menu. Service , taste , ambiance very good.
