The room, service, hygiene was so so. The food quality was simply awful. I ordered paneer lababdar which had sweet gravy made of weird stuff. Seriously food was absurd. Everything else was not very standard. The SONY TV screen in the room didnot show the subtitles fully(showed just the top line). The bathroom had a wardrobe that had doors on both side. And one side opened in the room foyer at thecentry!!! All in all not a very memorable stay.

This is my second stay in HHI - pune. The facility is getting older but maintained well. Good comfortable beds and bath. The location is not better when compared with other hotels near airport. But if you are not worried about the location then it is the best option available with that price. One request to the hotel management : Please change new towels and decent toiletries

Lights were not working in the room. Had to change 2 rooms and dirt was layered on the furniture.

The negatives first: 1) Rooms weren't available for check-in when we arrived. Got one room 1 hour late, and the other 1.5 hours late. 2) The breakfast menu was in-adequate for non-vegetarians (since it had only eggs, no meat options at all). 3) There is a lack in training the Staff (especially at front desk) on the avenues of communication and timeliness. Positives : 1) Good value for money. 2) Rooms are spacious and adequately furnished 3) Room service staff is prompt in answering your calls and providing service. 4) Overall - it was a good experience.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: A lot startinh with service and room amenities, proper gym etc.
HHI stay experience was very average to say the least. Its a small almost standalone building, ,very average looking. Several features disappointed us 1. View was terrible , overlooking construction area. 2. Was woken up at 2 am asking when I am going to check in, when I had already checked in the afternoon. 3. Terrible gym - a room converted with non functioning AC and equipment. 4. Avg room amenities. Have to call for newspaper, dental kit etc All in all not worth the money at all.

It is nice hotel , and clreance. The waiter service is good.
