Nice & Convenient :)Posted Feb 21, 2011
A very comfortable room & friendly, helpful employees. Nice view of the harbor and port. When we asked for a late check-out, they allowed us to stay until 3pm ~ which was terrific as we had a cruise in the late afternoon. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness!

Breakfast was not so good if compared to other hotels of similar category. , limited choice, butter was not edible.

Diego De Almagro Punta ArenasPosted Dec 6, 2010 on Hotels.com
A clean and very comfortable hotel, rooms overlooking the seafront are the best option. The young staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good although evening meal meal menu was limited. there are, however, plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

Definitely worth a visitPosted Nov 23, 2009
We spent the weekend in Punta Arenas. This hotel is only about 2 years old, so very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is included and has a variety of food to choose from. We ate dinner at the hotel the first night there and it was good, not excellent but good. My steak was done as I requested. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the the hotel. We saw a lot of airline crew staying there as well as people from Nasa that had been doing some scientific flights over Antarctica. The pool is advertised as being outdoors, but it is indoors and looked very nice. We didn't try it out. It is very easy to walk around Punta Arenas from this location. The hotel is right across the street from the boardwalk on the beach. The construction of this beachfront area is still being completed, but when done will be very impressive. We saw a lot of people walking along or running along the beach even though it was always very windy (being early spring in the far south in November). The people we met working in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Many spoke English or at least attempted to and appreciated it when we tried our simple Spanish. I would recommend this hotel.
