Dining room is not very good. I specified how I wanted my steak cooked (medium) and they sent it out raw. It was absolutely disgusting and when I tried to send it back and get something else instead, they wanted to charge me for 2 meals. Manager had gone home so there was no one to appeal to. Would not recommend eating at their restaurant.

We were assigned a room that did not have a real window to the outside which was a negative. Additionally the room was hot and we could not find the thermostat or cool it down for easy sleeping. Restaurant was good and facilities were generally good although the spa was being repaired. Staff at the front desk was all business and didn’t address our concerns for late checkout or identifying lunch options or early coffee options. Generally a good stay but missed on some of the pluses we would expect.

So far so good. We somehow ended up with the ADA room, which we did not request. It’s large and comfy, but close to the bar. We will see if it’s noisy.

The room was stuffy with no fan in the room. With continuous barking of stray dogs and traffic, it was hard to sleep. Staff was friendly though.

The hotel was excellent. There was an issue at 7:00 AM one morning when the staff turned on the music system for the lobby but did not notice that it was on throughout the entire hotel. It was load and woke us up but it was corrected quickly

The hotel was at full capacity and the staff seemed totally unprepared for this. At check in we were given a room that was occupied (Imagine the shock of walking into a room after an hour in reception to find it dirty, with other people’s stuff!). Breakfast was lackluster and the staff insisted on charging it although it was clearly stated it was included in the reservation. Definitely not recommending or returning

It’s just off the busy town square area, so quiet and accessible to other places via a short walk. Has parking space if you have a car during the stay

ONe complaint is they charge for using the jacuzzi and sauna ($20 per person per hour for each). The listing should disclose this.
