Excellent resort!Posted Sep 14, 2014
Location: I've heard there are lots of things to do around the area but we stayed in the resort all the time.
My husband and I had a wonderful time. Resort is beautiful, great facilities. Would go back again. I highly recommended.

RELAXING Getaway !Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Although the location was secluded that is what we enjoyed most. We wanted to get away from the fast city life and this hotel was the right one for us
Cons: my boyfriend and I enjoyed every single day of our stay. we aren't hard to please, we appreciated all the great service.
We needed a getaway from our busy city and we stumbled upon ALSOL, we were nothing but pleased with our stay. We went for 6 day sand 5 nights and the moment we stepped out of our taxi we were greeted with friendly faces and amazing attitudes all around. We were greeted with cold towels and champagne while our hostess, Rosa gave us some information about the resort. We were offered a tour but we decided we would walk around ourselves. The young man, Gregory was very helpful in taking us to our room with our luggage and showing us around our room. As soon as we settled in, we unpacked our luggage and grabbed our swimsuits and heeded to one of the pools. It was said to be the more upbeat, which it was. It was next to a full bar with AMAZING and CHEERFUL staff. These staff members were on top of everything we needed. They have an entertainment staff and they are in charge of providing activities for the guests. We were greeted at the pool by "Red Bull" and "Menor" who invited us to a Rum tasting. and from then on out we always saw them around making sure every guest was having a blast. Our bartender of choice was Vicente, he remembered our drink of choice and always made sure our cup were never empty (ALL INCLUSIVE IS A MUST!!!) The breakfast buffet was phenomenal to us, we enjoyed every selection from breakfast to dinner. We were very skeptical about everything as is every traveler but if given the time off of work I would still be there.

Nice hotel but no beach....Posted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: the interior
Cons: have more activities and take care of people who visit the place.
Location: Really not much to do if you are college student or a group of friends. Our vacation was so boring because it didn't have any activities.
We dint have a good experience at this place. It didnt have a beach in front of the resort and that little space that it did have was so dirty and you cant even swim. It didnt have to many people in the resort and it was so depressing to be there. The night club as great but it was empty and nobody inside!!!

Nice hotelPosted Aug 11, 2014
Pretty nice, quiet and affordable hotel. You don't have much to do, but there is a beautiful beach around called Juanillo Beach that is pretty quiet and has a restaurant with good food.

Beautiful hotel with bad servicePosted Aug 10, 2014
The hotel is really nice, our room was too. It is small compared to other all inclusive resorts. The hotel was kind of empty. The real downer was the service, the staff has no clue on what they were doing there. We had to let go a lot of things so we could relax a little during vacation. The food is not their strong skill. Entertainment was average.
