Pros: everything
Cons: the uniform for bartenders in the pool area, they need short sleves and short pants!! according withe place that they are working
Location: excelent!!
as soon you arrived you can feel the warm welcome from every person in their staff , they do you their best for make you feel in home!!!

Great experience. Excellent hotel. The beach is beautiful. Great restaurants. A lot to do. My only complaint is that they need to make sure ti completely dry the bed sheets, some of them smell like the were wet.

Excellent vacation

We traveled a group of 8 no kids and had an amazing time. Only thing that bothered us was the wait time during dinner so be prepared to wait.

Palace Deluxe!

Overall, amazing experience. This place really is a palace. Hope you don't mind walking it's huuuge. They actually have a little train that transports you from one side to the other if you don't like the exercise. The food was good. I mean best for what they can do. Can't really expect a 5 star steak house like from back home. Some employees are a bit dry but can't hold them accountable for your overall experience. My room in particular had a weird odor of humidity. Like wet rag. Was not going to make a deal about it to relocate to a whole new room so just dealt with it. It was only a 4night stay. Regardless of that, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It's very luxurious and great decor. The hot tub in every balcony was a very nice touch.

Very Beautiful Hotel, On the beach

Pros: The cleanness hotel I know, Top quality food, Drinks Lots of fun.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Location: So much to do that I stay it in the hotel ground for all my vacation.
Excellent Hotel, on the beach, beautiful manicure ground lots and lost of amenities, excellent restaurants, Buffet, sport bar, Meany Bars, theater, super friendly staff and very secure.

Pros: the casino and night club was fun.
Cons: food,service,DRINKS
It was an okay stay.Food was not that good at all, and customer service reps were very rude and not helpful at all.You have to pay for everything you do.Liquor was not topshelf all cheap liquor that got you sick..Expect to get sick when drinking and eating the food there. NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT....=i
