Hotel muito agradavel. Peca no atendimento.

Excelente localizacao. Boas opcoes de lazer. Bons restaurantes e bares. Peca no atendimento, muitos dos funcionarios passam a imagem de serem pouco profissionais. No contexto geral vale muito a pena a relacao custo x beneficio. Recomendo.

It was a great experience! We hope to visit Puerto Rico next year and hopefully Jamaica aswell. The hotel had outstanding and really fun shows! Even The workers were polite and generous.

I liked this hotel, the staff is attentive and my overall experience was good. I liked the food, the pool, the beach and enjoyed the shows every night.

The food was ok i was not ok that i.needed.to make reservations for.the next day to eat at restaurants that are supposedly included in thw package deal i understand due to limited space but a full day in advance and have to make reservations between 7am and noon is a bit early. The food wasnt that great at any of the restaurants how ever the service by all the staff was outstanding.

Budget resort hotel. Pay more to stay at another!

Check in was slow. Reception staff were always rude, unfriendly and unapproachable. Our room was outdated and not clean. We always left the 'clean' sign on the door but the maid just turned it to 'quiet' and never cleaned unless we physically asked the reception staff to send a cleaner. The cleaners didn't change the sheets, towels. She just made the bed with the same sheets. Humidity problem in our room with damp ceilings and it got to a point the floor was wet. Their resolution was to turn the air con higher which made the room freezing and unbearable. Asking to change rooms was a task in itself, when they agreed, it was a better room but the bath tub plug was blocked so we showered with a pool of water in the tub. Cleaner still didn't clean the room. Margarita in the Brazlian restaurant was the nicest staff member in the whole resort! The hotel grounds minus the pool is the only thing they have managed to look after. Most of the staff members seemed miserable and offered the worst customer service but there were some that were great. Food was average. Internet was expensive and poor quality. Not worth the hassle to stay here! Would not recommend!

Hotel staff not too accommodating.... Restaurant reservations was tough to make even though they were empty... Didn't make sense.... Good selection was not that great... Resort daily got crowded with locals...

Relaxing

Pros: The buffet was decent with choices and they had a great staff there.
Cons: Our bathroom was a little run down. The cleanliness of the beach could be improved.
Location: Most activities weren't far from our hotel.
Overall we had a good time. We just wished there was more to do on the resort. We did have a lot of sea weed built up on the beach so sometimes swimming in the ocean wasn't so much fun.

worst hotel in the world I will never recommend this hotel for no custom Expedia should not sell this hotel online Service it was really bad and the Internet not good at all you have to pay for the room stink like poop The beach is really disgusting I really want a customer service from Expedia to give me a call because I want my full refund from this hotel they should contact the person in charge of the marketing and should close the hotel I will give from 1 to 10 a zero

I do not like not worth the price the hotel is very small does not have many activities the show is boring not recommend
