Bad place for a vacation

Food was horrible place has roaches could not sleep due to noises will not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Pros: Beach, Spa, Close to Scape Park.
Cons: The Bath tubs. Flat screen TV, urgently FREE wi-fi. Fees too expensive and only for one electronic device.
Location: The location is perfect. I loved the fine and white sandy beach.
The hotel was ok for the price that we paid, it was such a great last minute deal. Friendly, polite, helpful and attentive staff. The hotel needs a little bit of TLC in the lobby, like the sofa's cushions.

Tropical caribean beach hotel

Great and excellent service. The restaurants are comfortable and the food is delicious. The beach is gorgeous and the pools invite for a bath in the morning or after the beach.

Poor rooms. 2 star at best. Ceiling leaked. Bed broke. Service poor.

Location: it is very good location
i didnt expend to much time there. I couldnt stay there so I think I cannot to talk about it properly

Perfect location to the beach

The hotel was nice. We're not overly picky but the food selection was great for our two teenagers. Our room was two doors from the pool/bar and a minute from the beach. Perfect!

Worst Experience ever in Punta Cana

We had to call Expedia and complain... More than half of the amenities were closed. Food quality of the Buffet, very poor and non diverse.. The only good thing about the resort were the employees.. always trying to help you feel comfortable..

1st all-inclusive

Pros: Price was fair for what we get. staff was excellent lots of events
Cons: Rooms can be more updated and food can be less bland, and maybe more english staff ( didn't bothered me to much)
Location: Excursions listed onsite.
So this was the first time ever I went out of the country as well as booking at all-inclusive hotel. as for my general impressions i thought that the hotel quite good! ( however because this is my first, it may be looked better then it is). i'll start with the food. most of the food were just rotating day-day with a major of the items featured morning to dinner. a good portion of it was bland however, I enjoy and tried a decent amount of food there that wasn't to bland. The Snack bar in between meals were quite enjoying ( i mostly ate the fries, the burger meat and hot dog was somewhat bland but I still found it enjoying. Next was the staff, a majority of the staff was great although most of them spoke only the native language however it didn't cause a big problem. so if you know the language, more power to you. The beach was nice and quite ( i went in late may, surprisingly from all the views it was a good time to go). I wasn't able to do 95% of the activities they host everyday however there were plenty of things to keep you busy. The Pool party looked fun too. I wasn't to much of a drinker but most of the non-alch was watered down but not to much to hate it. The alcohol was fair in grade. The rooms were. outdated but it didn't bothered me as others, i only need it to sleep after all. Lastly, the last night i said on a thursday i attended the night event. The staff really loved their job and what they did. 3.5/5 star price is good 4 what is offered. Would go again.

Nice hotel and friendly staff

Cons: The rooms could be updated.
Although the rooms are a bit dated the grounds are exceptional. The dining was very good. I had a very good stay and would visit again.

Pros: I WOULD GIVE THE HOTEL ON A SCALE OF 1-10 A 8. THE HOTEL IS OLDER BUT IS CLEAN AND KEPT UP. FOOD 10 STAFF- 7 NOT ALOT OF ENGLISH MOSTLY SPANISH 8
Cons: THEIR SHOULD BE SOMETHING TO LET YOU KNOW WHAT TO WEAR AND WHAT NOT TO WEAR TO THE RESTURANTS ON THE RESORT.
Location: THEIR ARE A FEW SHOPPING STORES NEAR THE RESORT AND A SHOPPING MALL THAT YOU HAVE TO TAKE A TAXI TO GET TO.
WELL THIS TRIP WAS VERY VERY HEARTFELT AND INEXPRESSIBLE. fIRST I WILL SAY THE HOTEL/RESORT IS VERY VERY NICE THIS WAS MY FIRST ALL -INCLUSIVE TRIP OUT OF THE COUNTRY . FOR SOMEONE TRAVELLING SOLO IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE. THE ROOMS ARE OKAY FOR A COUPLE OR ONE PERSON. BATHROOMS CAN USE SOME UPGRADING. THE STAFF IS KINDA NOT TO FRIENDLY VERY DRY AND SPEAKS LITTLE ENGLISH WHICH IS ACCEPTABLE I GUESS. I DECIDED TO GO ON A TOUR OF DOMINICAN REPUBLIC I WOULD HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE TAKING A TRIP TO PUNTA CANA OR DOMINICAN REPUBLIC IT TRULY OPENS YOUR EYES TO A WHOLE DIFFERENT LEVEL OF RESPECT AND APPRECIATION.IF YOU PURCHASE ONE OF THE ACTIVITIES BE AWARE IT IS HIGHER THAN YOU WOULD PAY ON THE RESORT WITH ONE OF THE ADVISORS.. THERE ISN'T ALOT OF SHOPPING PLAZA'S OR STORE AROUND KEEP THAT IN MIND.
