Good price performance.

Hotel experience was good. Each room has its own jacuzzi. Room had humidity odor. The including a la carte restaurants are excellent. However restaurant music was no romantic (just merengue ). house wine was awful, but they have alternatives low price good wines.

Annoying salesmen

Once I settled into my room I had to call maintenance to repair my jacuzzi and floor lamp. They responded quickly and we're very nice. The food wasn't that great and I was constantly hounded by people trying to sell services. I just wanted to relax. If you're looking for a 4 star resort, look elsewhere. If you want to drink and get exercise from walking the resort then this is your place

We are sorry to read that our food was not of your liking because we have 2 main buffets and 7 a la carte restaurants with several dishes in order to please everyone. Your comments will be passed onto our executive chef; who will be looking this issue to try to improve the quality of the service. Finally we deeply regret the inconvenience with the pushy vendors. Although we are always trying to control this situation the final word will depends on our guests because a simply “No, Thanks” is enough to avoid the vendors. My tenth visit to Dominican Republic, ninth resort, worst experience. Food - total disappointment: buffet lacks variety, especially one at the beach; once was served yesterday's lamb chops, another time- in so-called "French" restaurant chicken was presented as duck. Terrible, terrible internet connection: only two spots (with low signal level), both at the lobbies and not enough of a bandwidth to accommodate many people. Nice territory but walking paths too narrow to accommodate walking guests and transport, walkers are forced to step off pavement to let passing vehicles. Guest rooms nice. Concierge service less then desirable.

Cons: Diversificar bebidas no all inclusive
Location: Otima
Hotel muito bom, na beira da praia, com boa infraestrutura, restaurantes temáticos, diversas opções de entretenimento. O all inclusive é bom, mas as bebidas poderiam ser mais diversificadas.

Cons: the pillows are too smalls, at least 4 towels per room, it was common to see the train of the hotel blocking the users road. In the buffet restaurant

the hotel is excellent, but needs improvement in the following: the pillows are too smalls, at least 4 towels per room, it was common to see the train of the hotel blocking the users road. In the buffet restaurant a few people attending the hosted and a must is "MANGU" every day in the breakfast menu.

Nice Hotel. Enjoyed week long stay very much. DO the Platinum upgrade. Pros: Beach, staff, grounds, Platinum Upgrade Cons: Food. Just so so. I stuck with the more bland items: pizza, pasta, burgers etc. and was just fine.

Nice hotel.......Terrible Casino

Our experience at the Bavaro was great, but our experience at the casino was horrible, the lack of professionalism was overwhelming, were treated like garbage, derogatory remarks were made in Spanish by the casino supervisor and the dealer they were not aware that my wife Speaks Spanish so my wife translated to our friends that were with us that didn't understand. We wrote a formal complaint letter to the Hotel providing the details in effort that some improvements be made, we will never visit the casino nor would we recommend it.
